Kristen is an average girl. She and her friend Tracy have lived a normal life...that is until an old friend returned. When they were younger, they found a mysterious egg in the forest, out of it hatched a bird with fiery powers, a Phoenix. Eventually they released it. Now it's returned. Unfortunitly, its not alone. A immortal hunter named Jarret, who is capable of absorbing the powers of mythical creatures and is seemingly unkillable, is hunting the Phoenix. Kristen dies in the resulting battle but the Phoenix gives her its powers to revive her. With her new found powers, she manages to defeat Jarret but he'll be back and he's not the only one after the fire of the Phoenix. With the help of the mighty Phoenix and new friends, all of which obtain the power of Mythical beasts, as well as an unexpected ally Kristine protect the power of the Firebird from falling into the hands of evil.

Adam- Wielder of the power of the Griffin
Susen- The Sea Serphant
Jarret- Undead, immortal, psychopath.

Kristen's appearence reminds me of Gwen Tennyson :lol:

. Anyway, we can start now. Since you're the main character, you should start. Bella and Adam haven't appeared yet, nether have their beasts. Chip can be Tracy cat if you'd like, he just hasn't shown his smarts yet.

Each time the clock ticked,Kristen,the normal school girl,wished for this all to end. Bored and tried,she sighed,laying her head down on her desk as she listened to the teacher's rammbling. Kristen watched other students,tap on their desk,roll their pencials around and anything else they could do. She sighed once more,then looked out the window,seeing the little kdis playing.

Tracy was paying close attention to the teacher. She was a 'nerd', she loved to learn, it was what she enjoyed. She was taking notes of course but she was sitting right next to Kristen. "Don't worry Kristen, school will be out soon."

On the road outside of town, a man on a motorcycle was chasing a fireball screeching through the sky. He took out a gun and shot at it but the agile fireball dodged. A flamethrower-like blast incinrated his gun. He pulled out a crossbow and shot at it. He hit the flaming object, getting a screech of pain from the object. To his suprise, it turned and smashed through his back, destroying it in a huge explosion before turning and flying towards town. The man climbed out of the burning wreck, his handsome appearence fading temporally to a skeletal one with glowing red eyes. "I'll get you and the power of the Phoenix will be mine!" he yelled, repairing the halogram projector to restore his human appearence and heading on.

Kristen glanced at Tracy "I hope so,sometimes school just doesn't want to end"She said. She never understood Tracy's liking to school,but accepted her anyways.

Chip popped his head out of Tracy's bag that hung from her chair. 'Something isn't right'He thoguth then hid as the teacher walked by. 'I feel it,It's coming closer...About a few miles from us now'He titled his head in thought.

Tracy nodded as the bell rung. "There we go." she said, getting her stuff and givng Chip and pet on the head. "Lets go." she said, standing up. "If you need to study, you can borrow my notes."

Kristen grabbed her bag,putting her books inside it. "Thanks Tracy,your a great friend"She smiled as she pulled her bag on her back. "Hey,you doing anything tonight,besides studying"She joked.

Chip purred,but was more on whatever was heading towards the town.

"Well we could go down to the mall and hang out once we drop our stuff off at our houses." said Tracy. "I don't need to study, I memorize everything the teacher says. Once they were out of the school, she took Chip out of her bag and held him, petting his head.

Kristen smiled with a giggle "Of course you memorized it"She rolled her eyes. "I guess the mall sounds good right now,hopefully it's not so crowd" Kristen then gave Chip a pat on the head "Maybe I'll get something for the little guy"

Chip purred but then shot a glare at Kristen. He hated to be called little,it was very rude to him. 'Little eh? From the size of my claws,you be sure to check how long your scars are'He thought.

Tracy nodded. "Now you know he hates being called little." she said, petting her cat. As they approached Kristen's house, a fireball shot out of the sky and crashed into her yard. "What was that?!" Tracy asked, falling down from the shock of the crash.

In the crater, a large, fiery colored bird lay with an arrow in her wing. She whined, in pain from her wound.

OOC: For story perposes, Kristen doesn't live with her parents...or else that'd of been very hard to explain. :shock:

Kristen had also fallen. "What in the world?"She said,frozen as she tried to make some logical explantion.

Chip jumped out form Tracy's arms and ran to the yard to the large bird. He knew exactly what and who this was. He meowed to Tracy and Kristen,wanting to help so badly for the Phoenix. "Oh forget it!"He said in human "Get over here and help her!"His fur standing up with a hiss.

"Chip...you can talk?!" asked Tracy, shocked. She got up and went over to the crater and saw the wounded bird. "Kristen, come look at this...does this look familure to you?"
