Animation Source Forums

Hey, a little suggestion, could steet start working on a TaleSpin Source and Animation Source theme for the forum? Like we have BS and TLKS?

Yeah, it was only put up recently, so I'm sure he will arrange to have a TailSpin theme for the forum, and maybe he'll also make an AnimationSource one.

I think it'd be neat to have an AS one, because it would be of mixed cartoons. =)

Well, I thought an ANimation Source one could be the default. Rather then Balto Source.

Like Draco said, TSS has only just been made. Be patient. I'm sure it's on Steet's to-do list along with loads of other things.
It takes quite a while to make all the image for a new forum theme (as I imagine you know) and then he has apply them to the forum.

Patience is a virtue afterall.

I just suggested it to see if steet was already going to do this.

I'm going to do this, yes; but I want it to be managed the same way as for the layouts on the site (same interface), and this will take a while.
Not priority, but this will come, yes.
In the meantime, I have already changed the default theme to the "fisubice" default one (not the BS one)

I must also remind you that the BS theme is default. So guests will only be able to view the BS theme.

I also love proving you wrong again, when I logged out, it was the bs theme, but my theme hasn't been changed, unless you mean by me changing it myself then... that works.

Steet never said he had forced the change on the members. Unless he checks the option to force the change of the default theme on the members, we still have to change it manually - default or not.

And it's actually not a very important issue. I can think of at least ten other ways Steet could spend his time working on Animation Source instead, with more productive results.

This I already knew, I'm good with working on phpBB. But what steet has said is the default has changed, which is abit worthless if nothing really changes.

Steet has changed the default.
But the theme has not been account-wide reset through the admin panel so that people can choose the theme for themselves. How, exactly, does this make the change a bit worthless?

I did the change, although it didn't work : I had to change the default style for the "Anonymous" account (which is, to me, completely stupid...what's the point of giving the option for "main default style" if we have to change it for every category of members...)

At least it helped me to notice that the guests could not read the TaleSpin forums, so I changed that into "read-only" access.

You said what I already knew, but did you change your theme to "Fisubice"?
