Okay i would like peoples opions on this basically its a sort of for and against thing.
Okay Listen up. Basically, about two days ago i was watching a t.v program about the RSPCA (the aspca for those in amercia i think.) The warden found a mother and her 3, 7 1/2 week old pups, they were pit bulls. Now from what I know pit bulls are banned in the U.K unless they are neautered and the owner has a licence. But what I found rather shocking was the rspca put the pups down...I understand putting the mother dew to the fact she could be dangerous, but the pups are far to young to have been taught that. now here are my two arguments about this:
1.Surely the pups could of been given to a licenced owner who could keep the pups healthy and out of the fighting part of many poor dogs lives? Surley the rspca could of seen if someone licenced would take them in.
2.On the other hand I don't know how many breeders there are out there in the u.k over 5 I believe... Also the mother could have passed on aggresive genes and they had no idea who the father was.
I would like to know what argument you agree with, 1 or 2?
