WolfQuest was pretty good, but I also gave the vote of no.(this is just an example of what Steet is trying to say,and I think you're overlooking the fact that SilverWolf_409 has double-posted)

silver wolf_409, there is an "edit" button at the right top of your messages. So no double posting. Please read the forum rules.

Anyway, I know that all Universal DTVs from this period (including both Balto sequels) take exactly 18 months to be made, from the initial idea to the final cut.

The length is not important, the budget is : because with a higher budget, you can put more people on work and so get the things done much quicker.

And no, Balto took more than 3 years, but Balto 2 & 3 only 1.5 year.

Quote:
'For traditionally animated, 2D features like Charlotte’s Web 2: Wilbur’s Great Adventure (produced by Nickelodeon and distributed by Paramount), or Balto 2: Wolf Quest and The Land Before Time: The Great Longneck Migration (produced and distributed by Universal Studios), the general production cost is $5 million to $15 million, with an approximate schedule of 70 weeks (38 weeks for preproduction, 36 weeks for production, and nine weeks for post-production). '

So, 70 weeks for a DTV sequel approximately 1 year and a half

I persanoly don't think it was dumb to put this up because you wanted to know something and you got your anser who ever said that it was dumb to ask something and get an anser then the person who said that is dumb don't let other people make you think that you put up something dumb couse i personaly think that what you put up is a really good thing.
it may have taken alot of money it may have not, i don't give a *****! how much they spent on the movie i liked it and thats all that matters :D [

Wouldn't it kinda depend on how long the film is?
