'Corse hun.

Lavinda shook the water off her coat, it was spring in the Arctic and lakes were melting to reveal nice places to let go and swim. Her spots danced across her pelt as water sprayed the snow. "Ahh.." Lavinda sighed, padding into the trees and scenting the air. "Now whos here to talk with?" She said to her self. A warm wafting smell of a male snow leopard, about her age, with a cub mixed with it. Smiling, Lavinda padded in the direction of the male and cub, which scents weren't much different, perhaps they were brothers? Peeping through the bushes, Lavinda spied the two but kept low, waiting for them to notice her, she also smelled another male her age also.

Jack sighed as he padded along in the open, not caring in anyone watched his muscles ripple as he walked. He knew a female and male were nearby but didn't bother. "You gotta keep up!" Jack shouted as he heard his brother pipe up a 'Wait for me!' as he scrambled over the bushes into the meadow. Jack then lied down to rest in the soft snow.

Panting, Dat ran after his brother, scrambling out of the thorny bushes in which his older brother Jack just stepped over. Little did he know a female was watching him and his brother, for he couldn't smell for well yet. "Finally we take a break, I'm tired." He complained, curling up near his brother's paws.

Jack perked his ears as he heard faint voices in the brush. Getting up to look his brother piped up.

"Where ya goin'?" Dat asked, standing up and tugging at Jack's tail gently.

Growling lowly, Jack turned his head to face him. "Looking for danger now you go hide in the bushes over there." He nudged him in the right direction and padded off to the other side of the meadow, only to peer in and see 3 creatures, one female one male cub and one adult male. He growled and spoke in his rough tone. "Who are you? And what are you doing?"

Dat lowered his ears back curiously then ran into the bushes, watching. When Jack growled he jumped a foot off the ground and squinted to see silver black-spotted fur through the bushes, and there seemed to be more then one pelt.

Lavinda grunted as the male went to deal with other business after sending the cub away. She boredly started heading home.

Jack watched as the lithe female walked away. Sighing, he growled at how he most likely blew his chance of actually finding a friend.
He made a mental note to keep track of their scent, and returned to the meadow, roaring for Dat.

Dat appeared from the bushes and ran to Jack, sitting by his paws as his big brother lied down.

Jack perked his ears backwards as he scented the female again only closer and getting even more closer. "Who is there?" He said calmly, getting up to look. He saw a spotted pelt coming closer and closer to him every second. "Oh so its you again." He said, dipping his head.

Jack gave little scoff-chuckle with one of his smiles that looked like it wasn't supposed to be there. "So whats your name?" He asked, pawing the ground, hoping his little brother wouldn't ruin it.

"Hiya!" Dat cried as he burst through the leaves of the bush and ran to the strange female. "Who is this person Jack?" He asked in a rather, annoying way.
