I had already talked about it, but :
The US dvd is fullscreen, which is a bad format compared to the original widescreen format as shown as in the theaters.
I had made an article about this :

http://baltosource.timduru.org/balto-ac ... mg-41.html

Now, if some of you are interested in buying the widescreen version, the best way would be to buy the brazilian version because it's compatible with the US dvd players.
And, ThiagoPE has asked the manager of an online store, and he got a special promotion for buying the Balto DVD (this is not the same site as the first one I had linked to, in the first version of the article, and which some people didn't receive their dvd unfortunately)

So, if you're interested, the site is :

http://www.dvdbrazil.com/comersus/store ... oduct=1283

There is a special reduction code, which is "baltosrc" (without the quotes) and which is valid until 31/01/2006.

For more information, ask ThiagoPE (member on the forum).

lol, i got mine for free. I recorded with my DVR. Good quality too.
For instence when i was watching the library's copy at the scene where jenna is looking through the ice and sees balto all i could see was blackness. When i recorded it on T.V i can see balto clearly. Also the library's copy made balto's fur look dark brown instead of the shade of brown it is in the movie.

Jennawolf i wouldn't get my hopes up if i were you.

I ordered a book from the internet one time and it said id have it within the weeks. I didn't get if for like 4 months. Id completely forgotten about even buying the book when it finally arrived.
Same thing has happened to alot of my friends and my parents.

Depends on what site your ordering it from, some are really fast delivering which are the reliable ones and others not so you have to contact to remind them.
