i just recently found a gallery for rendered pictures and it inspired me to render again but once i created i got all these warnings and must do's i do understand some but what it mean by good or bad renders? we not aloud to show unless its good..? or that the first image has to be about balto. is that balto the film rendering or balto the charater as him. after that thought i was confused to which and how would i do a balto picture..

Also Sorry if im in the wrong section please move if i im wrong one

This is a question...That belongs on the site.
Also, you need to work on your grammar. I could hardly understand you...
1.A bad render is a sloppy one that looks bad.
2.A good render is a render that is neatly done.
3.You have to send at least one or more balto drawing/image(s).As in no renders. What, Steet, means is, Images, drawings, etc.
4.Simple, draw a picture of Balto or a balto character like, Balto, Jenna, steele, etc.

On the layers box, there is the opacity control slider and the fill slider. Slide the opacity slider down to about 50 or whatever looks good to you.

Oh you mean like half of the image blocks, Jenna? Make sure your on the right layer and select the move tool. It's by the rectangle select tool. Also, you could get a large eraser that has soft edges and erase.

Since you (Zion) and Mighty have a conversation going about this, and this doesn't belong on the forums, I think it'd be better for the two of you to continue this over PMs.
