I'm trying to wrangle up some slaves to sell at Paradise Falls, but no matter how hard I beat them, they keep running away resulting in their collars exploding and blowing their heads off. Is there a more efficient way to manage my human livestock, or should I just shoot them?

Use the Mesmitron that the guard at the gate of Paradise Falls gives you if you complete the speech challenges or persuade him to give it to you. Makes slapping a collar on the slaves to be sold to Paradise Falls much easier. Also, Speech and Karma play a role in whether slaves will remain in Paradise Falls too.
