Bridget and her whole group of friends have always hung out at The Corner, a small restaurant that is perfect for the highschoolers. Sophomore summer is the time for jobs, and as a surprise for her friends, Bridget invites them all to The Corner. And she shows up with not only newly dyed red hair, but also as their waitress! But on her first break, some of the staff talks about the annoying group that always comes here and wondering where their blond friend is. What they don;t know is that Bree used to be that blond. Suddnely, Bree is caught between her old friends and her new co-workers. And she can't even tell her co-workers that they are her friends in fear of being hated and loosing her job. She is torn even more so with two boys tugging at her heart. Bridget's summer has just gone from boring to all out excitement and tragedy. How can she keep all of her friends when they both hate each other?
