Okay i think i could help you.

For starters the dogs legs are way to skinny, the paws are kinda flat looking.
Heres a link on paws, you should really try to practise at them: http://foxgrin.deviantart.com/art/PAWS- ... -108547510

The body of the dog isnt quite right, try practising with this wolf anatomy: http://elruu.deviantart.com/art/How-to- ... u-41430947

Ok I did this for a long time

I followed the tutorials too

I say, compared to the first one, that one is an improvement. (I don't do art so I wouldn't know)

In any case, don't use Microsoft Paint. It's the worst program out there. Instead, go for GIMP (which is a free alternative to photoshop).

For a second try this isnt bad at all. You're improving you have to just keep practising and you will get better. And i have a question when you draw do you use a mouse or a tablet?

If you use a mouse OH JEEZ!!! I used to use the mouse and it was stressful like no other.

I would really consider getting a different program then paint. It will improve your art work greatly trust me. My first art came from paint.

If it is to difficult for you, i could create a tutorial for you if you would like.

Your anatomy is not quite right. The tutorials should help and you have made improvments through the peices of art, though.

Try to use something other than MS Paint. It is one of the most unstable art programs out there. I would say GIMP or mabye even Paint.net would be better to use. Try it sometime.

GIMP was complicated for me as well, but now, it is amazingly better than MS Paint.

Not bad for your first try on GIMP. You'll get the hang of GIMP. It'll turn out to be better than MS Paint. A LOT better, trust me.

When using GIMP, I'd advise you to use the pen tool instead of the paintbrush. The result is smooth, even lines.

I find paint fine to use if you know how to make it look decent. To get smooth lines it is easier to use the line tools, it works for me. I use a mous to,so i don't see why it can't be done.

I detect potential!

Though first things first, and I cannot stress this enough, EVERY ARTIST needs to and CAN improve.

As others have pointed out you need to work on your legs. Though to be honest I think you'd find a redline more helpful. As they say a picture is worth a thousand words. I'll redline it once I get on a computer. (I am typing this from my iPod)

In the meantime I suggest using photographs as reference. (Never ref' from other artists! This is not a good idea. Using photos helps you develop your own style and get anatomy right) Just make sure you cite appropriately. Photographs can be copyrighted just like art.

And as an artist who uses Photoshop my opinion is that MS Paint sucks. GIMP sucks in comparison to Photoshop simply because it is too complicated, and why does it need three different windows? Paint.Net is good and simple (I used it until I got a tablet and PS. I love the line bender tool) but again, sucks compared to Photoshop.

There's an online and free website known as pixlr.com which is basically a free PS. Try it, it's good.
