I've been working on this comic for a while now and redrawn the first page a few times. I'm happy with the current one so far, so expect it soon.

I intend to accept cameos for this comic in future once I get PayPal, (which means people can have their characters in the comic, but it's still their character) it will cost a little money since it's like a commission. However, to start off I'll hold a contest for some people to get their characters included for free. This contest will also be posted on DeviantART and FurAffinity.

I'll give a brief description of Lyarian wolves, but I'm not going to reveal the plot. You'll just have to read it to find out.

So, I need cameos. There are 3 different packs, 2 of them are Lyarian, one is a pack of Grey Wolves.

Lyarians were bred and raised by a tribe of Native Americans. They are larger than your average wolf, smarter and stronger. They have what I describe as 'tribal markings'. These are jagged patterns throughout the coat, stripes and such. I can provide an example when I get on my own computer. They also have markings that resemble paint marks, but they're not. Though if you give them these, choose the colour carefully. I like to look at a colour wheel and choose the opposite of the main fur colour. Contrast. :] Oh yes, the fur doesn't need to be grey or brown. It can be unnatural but please no neon greens/purples/blues, you get the idea.
Anyway, the reason why the markings resembling paint marks AREN'T paint marks, is because every human in the tribe died many generations ago. Lovely. Read the comic when it's up if you want to know why. However, Lyariah has remained undiscovered since then and the wolves have continued to survive. No humans means no paint...See why it's just fur markings now?

Hope you guys can bring some good ideas. Please no names like...Fluffy.
I'll decide the rank of the character. Oh, and I'm allowed to make changes but if I do I'll get your approval before using them in the comic.
Please specify if they are male/female, and if they are Lyarian of Grey Wolves.

Added a pallette to help with colours. As you can see I don't want bright beon colours. This is to show you what I mean by 'greyish' for the neon colours you might pick. I think it's easier on the eyes. xD

A brief bio is needed on the age, name, sex and such.

I will enter (if I can scrap together an idea) but I thought I would give you a resource to find the contrasting color easily to make this post useful.

Diego - No, the comic is mostly on Lyarians. A description is in the OP and an example of the wolves too. But yes, there are also grey wolves. They aren't as important though.

I'll join too. I'm extremly bored and wanting a challenge. (because a lot of the requests I get are very simple, and sometimes... too simple.) when I saw the markings I was like "Wow, This is it! This is what I need to do!!!" I got excited. But one question, Does it have to be drawn or can it be a render or a lineart? I can't do it right now, I have to go somewhere.

Line art is fine, so are renders. But I'd prefer line art or a drawing.

An entry! I went somewhat simple because sparkledogs make me uncomfortable ._.

Name: Posala (meaning "Farewell to spring flowers")

Breed: Lyarian Wolf

Gender: Female

Age: 2 years

Mate: None

Personality: A daydreamer, she's often in her own little world. If spoken to suddenly while spacing out, she squeals, but is adorable enough to make some actively try to scare her. She prefers not to get involved in the affairs of others and is a charismatic negotiator. She doesn't invoke this skill often as she would much rather be distracted by a butterfly. Even though her attentiveness isn't all that good (if not nonexistent.) she has her heart in the right place and will refrain from violence unless she has exhausted all other avenues.

History: Would you like to make it yourself to make it fit the story better or do you want me to ballpark it?

Design: I made her look a little "horse-like" with the saddle and bridle markings and colored feet like hooves. I've been wanting to make a character with a dull spring color scheme but usually I get slammed with a NO UNNATURAL COLORS ASDFGHJK rule. If you need it more complicated let me know.

It's a nice design and personality but I'm afraid in the description I don't want any really unnatural colours. ^^'' Purples, greens, bright blues etc. The biggest exceptions are orange like Kaisyn, really dark shades of the colours (Though I can't make an exception for pink, since then it'd be hot pink xD) a more gray-ish shade of the colour, etc. I'll make a colour pallette. :B

Could you maybe change the colour scheme? Oh and as for history I'll make that so that, as you said, it'd better fit the comic.

I really like the markings though. Especially the face. Maybe add some markings like stripes? Or would you like me to do that?
