Stardust *Me and Alaska!*

Alaska's life isn't going so great. Her brother, all she has left for family, is suffering from cancer and their is little hope for survival. But everything changes when she wishes on a shooting star to save her brother. Later that night, she hears a scratching at her door. At the door are two pups, young ones at that. Its a blizzard outside so she lets them in for the night. They sleep with her brother and he begins to feel better. At the next doctor appointment, they discover his cancer has vanished over night. Suddenly, everything starts going her way so long the pups, who she names Stardust and Tomoyo after mysterious words written she finds typed on her computer without her knowladge. The pups seem smarter than normal as well. However, soon things take a turn for the worst. A message saying 'Return Project Stardust' is sent to her cell phone and soon, a mysterious man named Judas, seemingly lacking emotion, as well as his dog, are persuing her with the intentions of capturing or killing the pups, and anyone that gets in their way. Judas, dispite looking human, is seemingly indestructable, unstoppable, and cold blooded. Can Alaska, her brother, and the pups avoid this mysterious man? And just what does this cold blooded killer have to do with Stardust and her sister? And will Alaska discover the true meaning of the pups?

ok, lets start!

Alaska looked around her brother's room, her hand in his "I wish mom was here..." She whispered, she hated the long nights with her brother, she was missing her boyfriend greatly.She stood up quikley and ran to the window "A shooting star!" SHe yelped, she looked at it deeply "I wish my brother could get better soon.." She whispered stupidly to the star.

Jacob looked. He had a great deal of pain. He didn't remember what kind of cancer he had, just that it was fatal at the rate it was spreding. "Don't tell anyone what you wished for, it won't come true if you do." he joked, trying to ease his sister's pain by having a sense of humor.

Stardust looked at her sister, both were out in the cold, freezing. They could do something to warm up but they couldn't risk drawing attention, being two small pups was enough to stay low but anything else out in the open was a problem. The girl's words echo to them. Stardust cocked her shivering head. "S-sis...d-did you hear that?" she stuttered, cold. "I h-have an idea b-but we'll need t-to risk exposing ourselves a little."

Tomoyo had a thicker fur than Stardust, she wasn't dog but wolf."Ok..." She whispered, standing up and following the voice that seemed anguished and upset now.

Alaska rolled her eyes as the ancient telephone rang, sh epicked it up and smiled at her boyfriends voice."Stanley!" She smiled brightly as his voice returned with a depressed tone "Alaska, we never get to see eachother...I love you truly.." Alaska clenched her shirt "I love you too..." She whispered weakly "But I can't do this.." ALaska dropped the phone, she dropped herself.She was on the floor with her mouth open in misbelif "I-I...NO!" She screamed, Stanley hung-up."No!" She cried, her voice was so tortured."This is all mom's fault!" She screamed as she threw the portrait of he rmom on the floor.

"Mom didn't mean to leave us Alaska." said Jacob. "Nether did dad...its that drunk that hit their car's fault." he said. "He took them away from us and he's in prison for a long time because of it." he said.

Stardust did the same. They were twins but because of their 'abilities' her sister could be part wolf if she wished, so could Stardust, it just wasn't her style. She walked up to the door and started scratching a wining. She motioned to her sister to do the same.

Tomoyo rolled her eyes "Realy "Arf!" She yipped loudly and scratched on the door rapidly.
Alaska looked at her brother "Dad was drunk to you id-" She stopped and stormed out to answer the door.She opened it and smiled slighly "Awww!" SHe looked at Tomoyo who looked POed, her fur was coated in white snow.The wind blew hard on her as she fell over, but her tsance didn't change "Realy?!" She grunted, Alaska jumpe dback "You can talk?" She aksed, Tomoyo got up and trotted in "Yupidoo!" She said sarcasticly."Okay?" She opened the door for Stardust also "What are your names?" She studdered "I'm Tomoyo!And this is my sister Stardust!" She pointed at her sister "Oh wow.." She looked up "Hey bro!We have two talking pups named Tomoyo and Stardust here!" She screamed plainly, she looked at the dogs "What do you want?" She asked as Tomoyo snarled fakily "A home!" She fell back laughing.

OOC: They weren't supposed to speak to her yet, they're still hiding that they're something besides dogs.

OOC: I'd really rather you change it, please? I know you have a way of doing your character but the story is supposed to have Alaska think they're pups till Judas attacks.

Tomoyo smiled and licked Alaska's hand as she let them in "Okay!You two must be the cutest puppies in the world!" She smiled as she snuggled them into her chest.Tomoyo rolled her eyes as she squirmed out.

Stardust was too cold to want down, she snuggled closer to this girl. She licked the girl's face. She wondered if she'd notice where they'd torn out the tags that were in their ears. Reguardless, she and her sister needed somewhere to stay and hide, without the tags, and a computer chip in their left leg they'd 'disabled' with their abilities, they couldn't be identified.

"What is it?" asked Jacob, in too much pain to move from the bed.

Alaska petted StarDust as she heard her brother "Two puppies!" She smiled "Here.." She handed him StarDust, she walked into her room with Tomoyo and looked at her computer screen Tomoyo and StarDust it read "Hmm...?" She siad, tilting her head to the side."Ok..To-Tomoyo!Come here girl!" She smiled at the name as Tomoyo ran towards her.

Jacob petted the puppy. "Oh aren't you a cute one." he said, smiling at Stardust, who licked his hand. "You must be freezing." he said.

Stardust nodded, wagging her tail. She curled up close to him, warming up, she sniffed him, trying to locate what was wrong with him. She'd need her sister to heal whatever was wrong, she didn't have enough power alone but togather they would.

Tomoyo could sence her sister's thoughts so she ran to Jacob's room and curled up next to him."Jacob!" She called "I-I found two names on the computer..someone typed it!" She said "This is Tomoyo...and this is StarDust!" She smiled happily, looking at the two puppies.

Stardust found the cancer, it was in Jacob's liver. "Its liver cancer." she barked to her sister, so the humans couldn't understand it. "Ready?"

Jacob looked a the puppies. "Well we have to keep them here tonight at least." he said. "We can't just put them out in the blizzard." he said, petting the baby pups. "Those sound like great names for them." he said.
