Prototype is basically a mixture of: Grand Theft Auto 4(in gamelay/freedom), Left 4 Dead(Costant hordes of zombies, etc.), Streeet Fighter 4(hand-to-hand combat wise) and Incredible Hulk(Destruction, wise).
In the game, you start out as Alex Mercer. He wakes up from a very distant sleep on a metal bed in a Morgue. He has wounds on his chest. Two men are standing over him in Hazard Suits about to perfom an autopsy on him. When he wakes up, the two men, very frightened, run away. He lost his memory of most of the events before he woke up, and finds out he has special powers, one of them being shapeshifting. He can shapethift his form into almost and human-like body nd can shapeshift parts of his body into tools, such as: a blade, sledge-hammers, whip, and a shield.
He has no memory of why he go these and how he got these. He feels revenge for whoever did this to him, and begings a long lasting journey, along with his sister, to fnd this someone and kill him.
The game has not come out yet and will release on June 15, 2009.
It is for Xbox360, PS3, and many other systems.
