i hate it when you go into the SB and i say ''hey all''. i give it a couple minutes and no one answers, so i prompt them again, ''hi everyone''. you still dont get a response so i try directly talking to the person. ''hey named person''. then they they have the ingnorance to ingnore you still. thats what i hate when going to the SB.

For some reason, people do tend to ignore people when someone says "Hey guys".

I've found it's often better to watch the conversation for a minute or two so you can join in the conversation from there.

Example:
*people are talking about their favourite pie*
Your comment: I prefer apple myself, some others are ok too though

From there people will usually say "Hi -name-" and huzzah! You're into the conversation.

People are going to Ingore you. I know this because I do it alot. Wheather they notice you or not. I don't talk to many other people I don't "Know".
I know your not whinning about it- or at least I think your not, but I really ingore people who complain about being ingored. It's just pointless. Try again later. I've been ingored, and i'm sure every one on this site has been to, I see no point in whinning about it.
And I don't think it's ingorance; I think it's because they have the choice of wheather they want to talk to you or not. :/ Not every one is going to want to talk to every one.

That is the defeination for Ingorance, Just because someone ingores you : It doesn't mean the 'lack' knowledge, intellgence or anything.
And just so you know; sometimes when people do ingore the other person, it stops a fight.

There are times when I'll be guilty of ignoring someone, its mainly when someone just randomly says "Oh can we be friends" or "Will you look at my profile or gallery" I only ignore stuff like that, cus asking someone to be your friend is just pointless...

but I've been ignored myself I just leave.. No reason to get mad because of it..

Wolfboy, not all members see your post. Sure, there's the odd ignorant person, but not ALL of them, like ya said. This happens to me all the time, but the people (judging by their conversation) don't notice me and that's not a big enough deal to complain about it.

But, it can be good to chat with members you've never talked to. You just have to type in "-is ignored-". They notice me! It works for me every time. Then I ask, "what are we talkin' about?" Then I'm included!

Don't be so bad and don't start a rant Maybe you can tell the people in the SB your problem.
