Downloads or CDs?

I just want to know if you guys like downloads or CDs better. I like CDs better, don't know why, I just do. But there is also places like iTunes where you can download music so yeah.......

Usually, I buy CDs if I think it's an album I'll listen to in my car (as it doesn't have an adapter for an iPod to connect to the speakers), but lately, I've been buying more downloads since downloads are far cheaper than buying a CD. However, if I see a CD that I like, such as an old R.E.M CD that has good songs on it, I'll probably just buy it, since I may forget to get it online if I don't.

I've decided to abandon CD's altogether, and just purchase new music from the iTunes store. I can listen to it on my computer, or on my iPod in any order I please. Plus, as a few people have already said, being able to purchase just the track(s) you like is better than paying for the whole album.

Dangit! Fishnet, you beat me! XD Anyway, I prefer CDs. I'll download a song if just some random one I hear on the radio but that's it. Even if I've only heard one song on the CD and I really like it, I'll buy the CD. I have about 30 CDs in my collection!

well for me, its one or the other. if i had iTunes, i need 80 gigs to put a lot of music that i listen to. but right now, i'm using psp.

I've really stopped with CDs. I have an iPod, so I just download, but it isn't illegal with iTunes, because you buy the music and pay for it at the end of the month with your bills.

Frostwire and Limewire are illegal, I believe.

Plus, I have a few CD quality songs on my iPod, and the quality isn't worse, it's just the music is lower.

So, it depends on the person. For me, it's downloads, because it's better to just buy one song if you don't like the entire album. And if you have problems with explicit music, iTunes also provides a clean version of the albums labeled explicit.
