Alright, watching X-men Origins: Wolverine made me intrested in X-men again, so I decided to create an X-men RP. This doesn't take place in any particular timeline, so feel free to create unique backstories for existing characters that don't follow any existing timeline, however, you must stay true to them. Anyway, here's the plot!
Plot: Professor Xavier sees that mutantkind is growing bigger and bigger, as one could expect. He realizes there are simply too many mutants in the world for one school to train and keep all the mutants safe. He decides to have three of his most trusted X-men, Wolverine, Cyclops, and Storm, go to San Francisco, where he has used his wealth to found another school for mutants, to act as mentors for the new mutants brough in. Soon they form a team of new X-men out of the new recruits and the new school seems to be successful. They also go a long way to relations between mutants and humans, keeping the crime rate at an all time low has something to do with that. However, all is not well.
A group of terrorists plan to trigger a massive earthquake unless their demands are met, including mutant children to be raised as their tools in future terrorist attacks. Can the new X-men stop them in time?

Normal rules apply, no gay, incest, ect.
I will allow 2 'Omega Level Mutant' student. Omega Level Mutants are extremely powerful mutants, such as Jean Grey or Magnito. They have wide reaching, extremely powerful abilities, though like Jean, most can't control them easily at first or use their full power. However, already existing characters that are Omega Level, such as Storm.
We will start once we have three people, me included, in and will only accept a max of four (once again including me).
Have at least 2 characters each.
You MUST promise to post frequently, if I have reason to believe you won't be able to, I can refuse to accept you.
Be fair in a fight.
Non-mutant Marvel superheroes are allowed to help at the school but only once Wolverine, Storm, and Cyclops are taken. Less powerful villains can be used to serve the terrorists.
Your mutant can have three mutant powers max. They may eventually develop another power but it must be simular to one of their original powers.
This is semi-advanced, try at least three lines, if you have writer's block, tell me and I'll respect it.
Break three rules (can be the same one more than once) and you're out, if you have an importent character, it will be given to someone else, if not, they'll just be phased out.

History: As a girl, she was a pickpocket in Egypt, until Xavier's pocket was the one she picked, afterwhich she was given the oppertunity to join the X-men. She is also married to T'Chella, the super hero known as Black Panther.
Personility: Kind, gentle, soft spoken, can be stern if needed, understanding of some of the worst situations some of the mutants have been placed in, as her own past is simularally rough.
Powers: Storm munplation.

Appearence: Black hair, blue eyes, Native American, have quil-like hair. He mutates further into a chimera creature with the face of a wolf, long quil-like hair on the back of his head, gorillia-like arms, cat-like feet, and a skunk's tail.
History: A young mutant that lived in LA. He discovered his powers when his grandmother was threatened by thugs. His grandmother was accepting of his mutant abilities and had planned to send him to Xavier's Insistute anyway but the new school opened much closer.
Personility: Kind, friendly, understanding, sometimes uses Native American proverbs to teach his friends and raise spirits, he also believes the human race can learn to live in peace with mutants. He, like Wolverine, has animalistic instincts he has to deal with.
Powers: Above average attributes such as speed and strength, mutant healing factor, and can spray a skunk-like musk from glands on his palms. When he further mutates, his power increase and the scent glands move to under his tail. He also gains the power to launch his quills as projectiles.

Appearence: Blond, tan skinned, pretty, sea blue eyes. She can also transform into a human/Crocdilian hybrid.
History: A surfer girl from Hawaii who discovered her powers when she was attacked by a shark and used them to protect herself. She is found by the X-men in LA being chased by a mob who think she's a monster and save her. Despite this treatment, she wants to learn to use her power to help others.
Personility: Kind, friendly, easy going, but would die to protect her friends.
Powers: Can transform into a human/crocdilian-like creature. In this form, she has great strength, bullet proof skin, and can hold her breath for long peroids of time. Even outside this form she is stronger and more durable than normal, just not as powerful.

History: Another victim of Weapon X, like Wolverine. He's a mercenary and thus not truely evil, he's merely doing what he's told, in fact if offered a higher payment, he'd likely litterally stab his employers in the back. He was terminally ill with cancer and the scientists at Weapon X gave him a mutant healing factor, promising to heal it. They also gave him so many scars he's never taking his mask off in front of someone else. He and Wolverine remember each other from Weapon X.
Personility: Insane to say the least, he's prone to wisecracking and joking, he is also the only only character in this roleplay aware of the fact he's fictional and breaks the fourth wall every once in awhile. This is due to his insanity.
Powers: Mutant healing factor even greater than Wolverine's, making him capable of survivng a great deal more than even Wolverine could...unfortunitly, this does not nullify the pain of such trama and he can still be knocked out, he also poccesses a short range teleportation device, he also has great skill in martial arts.
Species: Genetically enhanced human.
