I noticed there hasn't been a topic in this section for a while where we can.. Discuss things is the best way I can describe it. xD It's mostly topics asking for opinions on drawings and also tutorials. So I thought I'd make this topic. I checked with a friend who's been around longer than me and they said there hasn't been a "Your favourite artist?" topic in about a year and well, since artists come and go on here all the time, I decided to make another one.

So who is/are your favourite artist(s)? Did they inspire you to draw - Or was it something else? Why do they stand out to you?

I have quite a few favourites, you've probably heard of most of them. Some of them are 'oldies'. Examples...

Alphabetical order woo. XD
Cat - Mostly for her ideas. Seriously, almost all of her pics are able to make me laugh. XD I also have a feeling she would be great with Photoshop.
Deni - Deni's art inspired me to start drawing again when I joined. Her backgrounds are awesome too, and she has some cool character designs.
GK - (Ex BSer) She's another one of my inspirations and really good at animating. :B Has a cool style too!
Oha - Yet another person who has inspired me to try (and fail at) animating. xD Hers are so smooth. You should check them out on YouTube. I think her account is called Ohalove there.
Kirada - Originality! I've never seen a style like here before, plus she seems to have anatomy down. I love her traditional art.
Wolf250 - I love her and her art so much that I made the fan club on dA. XD Her style is so original. Like I said with Kirada's art I've never seen a style like here. I love the way she shades, and she draws lovely Okami fan art.

I also see potential in lots of our less known members. Examples...

Jett - Gah you must check her art out! She is improving so much with every picture she draws and her backgrounds are lovely as is her style.
Imalou - Her art is cute and so are her characters. :3 Like Jett she improves a lot with every drawing she makes and I can't wait to see her reach her full potential.

Mine is Deni and yourself. Deni inspierd me to draw digitaly. though I think my drawing style is simular to hers. Oo no way I copied her style.

Awwe thank you Mighty. =) I didn't know I was someone's favourite artist. XD And I actually disagree. I don't think your style is much like hers, definitely not enough for you to be accused of copying. Don't worry. Though at the same time I can emphasize for you feeling this way. Mine is too much like hers too. D: (Changed it a lot in the past week though. Can't wait to submit something)

Wow... this'd be a long list. I'll try to keep it short.

I adore the art of all these people and am excited every time I see they've updated.

Kirada ~ I absolutely love her style. There really isn't anyone else even close to her style - and there never should be. Beautiful pictures every time & she's good at drawing more than just wolves.
Deni ~ Omg. I cannot express the awesome in Deni's pics. So pretty and her backgrounds and shading are love.
Akreon ~ Another unique style and so much variety. I adore her pics and her comic Off-White (which she makes with Tanathe) is so amazing.
Mondeis ~ Such beautiful realistic pictures. <3 The colours, fur and backgrounds she does are always stunning.
Khasodg ~ I've loved her pictures since I first saw them. So gorgeous. Realistic but also soft, stunning. <3 Plus her "khaosdogs" are teh awesome.
GoldenWolf ~ Who can't love her art? It's so amazing and all traditional! She even made the default templates for Wolfhome & got 3 of her pictures on "The Mountain" t-shirts. <333
Kimbo Demonica ~ A really unique style and always such beautiful pictures. Even though it's digital, it has a painted look to it.
Dolphy ~ Such a gorgeous shading style <333 Her drawing style is sooo cute too. She also makes awesome animations iirc.
Kovowolf ~ Soooo gorgeous! I adore the way they draw wolves and those mystical backgrounds are so much love. <3
Blotch ~ Her anthros are so amazing. She also does more than just cats and wolves and they're always beautiful. <33 Another traditional artist too.
Wild Spirit Wolf ~ A really unique style, even though it has been copied a lot. Aside from her gorgeous drawings she also makes pwnsome sculptures!
Tani Da Real ~ Such cute drawings! Very good at serious drawings and very funny joke ones. Also got an awesome style.
Plaguedog ~ A beautiful style of everything - backgrounds, characters, shading - all of it. <333 Also got an awesome comic, Giderah.
Pample ~ Pample's amazing at everything. xD Aside from her amazingly beautiful animal drawings she's also awesome at drawing humans too and has amazing animations.
GreyKitty ~ Such a cute style. I love her dark drawings most though, so beautiful. Also got awesome animations.
J C ~ A really awesome style and does really cute chibi style drawings aswell as totally awesome normal style ones.
Kesame ~ I adore her shading style. I really do. It's amazingly awesome. <333 Also awesome at drawing loads of things.
DragonDrawer (no link >: ) ~ Such amazing anthros! His anatomy and style blow me away every time, so awesome.

Oh, I never thought to mention my faves from dA! I'll add that to the main post - Though you've actually already mentioned most of them. XD
The people you've listed are pretty awesome UK. :] I completely agree with what you've said about them.

Beauty Jenna > Her art i have to say does not only show off creativity but also great style her art work would get her just about anywhere with her drawing skills.

Catwhohas14tails > Cat I would have to say shows off the personality and attitude in her drawings even her random sketches are full of attitude and quite humorus Lol..

CatLuvZuko > I have to say her art shows off lots of creativness and coulor which is very nice to see in an art site even her images shine with spirit and coulor.

Faye Garcia > Faye really shows design and her charaters personality's off and the accesories she puts on her charaters make them shine too which is very nice too see ^^.

Keilidh > Of course you are another great artist i have seen the vids you put up and how you take your time when you draw such beautiful pics and add design later its absolutly gorgeous and i have to say the addings were great after you've gotten all those colours and even te backrounds are great ^^.

Kelev > Kelev's art is traditional and very skeptical i say it shows off lots of style and great drawing technices.

WWM > Her drawings are beautiful designs incrediable i have to say she is very good when i come to design's and her drawing is very original and very beautiful i say she is a great artist also.

Kolton > Very nice art he looks as though he takes his time with his art and also has a great style and designs which not always hard to find but always nice to see

Kepz_TheFairyChihuah > I love the charaters very nice and art very traditional which is what i love to see.

Skotta > Skotta isn't noticed enough for the great art he does. Skotta is very amazing when it comes to the art style and charateristics.

The_Canadian_Wolf > He has to be great when it comes to making anthro wolves im not saying others suck i just enjoy seeing anthro wolves on the site and Canadian does a great job on them.

Star_Fire > She doesn't get enough props for putting so much work in to her art she does a good job to be truthful so its only fair that she deserves to be someones fav artist am i right XD.

Wicked Innocence > Great when it comes to drawing on photoshop and paper i have to say she may think she's not that good but she has no idea how far she can go with such beautiful skill ^^.

Howlingsith http://howlingsith.deviantart.com/ Her style has really changed since she was had some teeth removed (at least i think thats what happened), and she does have original characters, and an awesome comic Rune Paw.
Faithful-friend http://faithful-friend.deviantart.com/ She's been my friend, in person, and online. She's a great artist, and she's very creative with characters. She's also working on her third page of her comic Rest in Peace.
