Balto's Treasure is currently looking for someone who is very skilled in making html/css layouts. We have base ideas, and I am okay at coding, however... I am not brilliant enough to put it all together myself.

The BT topic is in general links and meant, really, for just the links and a little bit of info about the site.
Asking if anyone here can code and wants to have a crack at this isn't a problem.

I can't do CSS, but I am fairly good at making a HTML layout (of course, without advanced scripts, seeing as it's just a layout). I hardly think you'll have any luck finding an experienced HTML/CSS coder on BaltoSource, though. I think it's fair to assume that most members of BS have very limited coding knowledge.
Unfortunately, I am busy with other projects, thus I can't devote myself to coding at this time.

Agreed. I highly doubt there will be many skilled programmers on BaltoSource. Although I've spent much of the last 6 years programming, nowadays I spend 10+ hours programming infrastructure network security and maintaining the company private web domain in several languages (with the help of 2 other Level 4 technicians.... :] ). Aside from that, I do more work at home later and the remainder of time is either spent studying in school or being drunk and going to conventions and parties. So unfortunately I'm not much of assistance either...

If all else fails, why not go out and purchase an HTML book that can help teach basic scripts layouts to design a functional yet appealing site? This is how I boosted up in the C# and Pascal languages, and assisted me in many others too.

I actually know a lot of the basics. However, I'm in need of extra assistance to put something better together. xx

I can code simple layouts, like this, but I can't do anything nearly as advanced as what steet has done.. I'm willing to do a simple layout, but I really don't think what you're looking for is anything I can do. xP Sorry. Good luck on your search.
