Plot:

The dogcatcher has the best reputation in the whole state. The dog pound is overflowing with strays of all sizes. Sadly, with so many dogs, the dog pound only keeps them for four days, then puts then down. (kill in other words) One day, he meets his match. A group of strays shipped from faraway outwit him and escape. For the sake of his reputation, he's determined to catch them no matter what. The dogs hide in a forest, alleys and many other places. They meet other strays, some nice and some evil. They even fall in love with some of them. Many strays join them. Meanwhile, they have to avoid wild animals that live nearby and the dogcatcher.
