I understand that some Vista users taskbar dosn't change color, but if yours does, then here is a fun trick. To me the colors for the taskbar are borning. There not bold in anway. The color dosn't really pop to me.

1.First thing. Take a screenshot of your desktop.
2.and open paint or any program and select the taskbar.
3.Delete it and select a bright color and fill the empty area with the color.
4.Now save it and set it as your desktop and you should be your color you chose.
