Dealing with those people is very simple,just use the report button,and the Mods will take it from there.

Everybody's different. You cannot predict when someone mean is approaching. And you cannot put up with them just by yourself. You may not be able to change their points of view or opinions.
But talking about the usual talks (like on the Shout Box), the easiest thing is to ignore them. And in case they've broken a rule, report them to the Mods and it's gonna be handled.

Maing a rant about it is not the way to deal with the situation. Read the site rules, and see if these mean members are violating them. If yes, contact a mod. 'Be nie to everyone' is a rule anyway.
