Intro- Cracker is one of the United States Army's most valuable weapons. She's a German shepard trained to sniff out bombs, traps, and enemy soldiers. The saftey of everyone around Cracker depends on her intelligence and keen sense of smell. Rick Hanski is headed to war. He wants to show the world, especially his father and his sergeant, that he has what it takes to be a great soilder. But sometimes Rick wonders if he really is capable of facing the challenges of battle. When Cracker is paired with Rick, it isn't easy for either of them. They need to be friends before they can become a team, and they must become a team if they want to come home alive.

That was the beginning. Cracker and Rick have become the best of friends along with Cody and his dog, Bruno, and Twenty-Twenty and his dog, Tristie. In Vietnam, they realise that only their friendship can help them pull through. Cracker has the nose, Tristie has the guts, and Bruno has the brains. This is the Vietnam war, where Charlie, the enemy, is lurking around every corner, every tree, every booby trap. Lucky Cody, Rick, and Twenty, their dogs are super duper smart and know what they are doing. But a new batch of dogs have entered, and they obviously hadden't had very much training, they have rocks for brains! Their handelers have a hard time teaching them and now that they have been called in due to the short supply and high demand of dogs. The humans are doing OK, but Cracker and Gang think they need to be taught by professionals. So, they take matters into their own paws. These dogs have been in Vietnam for a while, do they get days off. And on those days off, they take the time to teach the dogs their stuff. Only, the Army needs at LEAST 8 dogs to help with a special mission, and it is very dangerous and life risking, and has very little chances of survival. Cracker, Tristie, and Bruno, not to mention all their trainees, are called in. Can Cracker and Gang help these young pups their stuff before it's too late?! This rp will decide!

Dogs can only understand baisic commands and places- (ex. Bien Hoa to a dog is Benwa, but they know it's a place, or "Watcha got" would be "wachagah," but a dog knows that means "what did you find?")

Name: Cracker (Firecracker)

Personalaty: Cracker is a crazy dog and is full of fun and energy. She is sweet and nice to the people she knows but is mean and protective towards the eople she doesn't like. She has a nasty habbit of biting and being aggressive towards strangers. When Rick says "NO!" she listens. The Army kept her because of her keen sense of smell and of being a smart dog. She decides to train a batch of dogs on her platoon so one doesn't make a mistake at point and kill her or Rick or her friends.
History: Cracker's parents were show dogs and she was one, too (She was famous), but a sudden accident kept her from going on, and was sold to a boy named Willie, but she was givin away to the Army and started a new life with Rick, whom she wants to live with and is in love with. She lives in Vietnam as a war dog.

Personalaty: Has a sort of "Dumb Blonde" thing going on but otherwise, she does fine with commands and stuff like that. She is shy and quiet, but loves to have fun with her pals Bruno and Cracker. When the dogs come in and Cracker decides to train them, she does it to have a reason to hang out with them and has loads of fun.
History: Tristie was born in a peaceful town in the back of her mother's doghouse. Her parents both worked in the local police force and 4 of her sibilings worked there. The 5th one went to Vietnam where he died in battle right under his sister. She was in the field with Twenty and a gunshot rang out clost to her. She saw her brother's master fall. They knew he was alright but The King, as they called him, had to run to his master's side. He ran to the fallen commrad and in a straight line in front of Cracker, Tristie, and Bruno so they wouldn't get hurt. He was running and suddenly, not too far from the ditch the dogs were sitting in, suddenly collided with a bullet, flying backwards and sending blood all over Tristie and her friends. Not caring about her self, she raced to her brother's fallen side, but it was too late. He lay on his side, breathing weakly, oozing blood. He whined softly as Tristie lay over him. She was with him as he took his last breath. At the end of battle, his master was carried off the field, dead, and Tristie carried The King on her back back to base, where she lied him in his kennel and closed the gate. The gate hasen't been opened, and dried blood still sits in there, along with the body of King. Ewwwww, but it makes perfect sence to Tristie!

Personalaty: Echo is so hyper and lovbale, you fall in love with her he minute you lay your eyes on her. She loves to play fetch, and mst of all loves to play tug-o-war. She will do anything for a treat, and loves to jump threw hula hoops. She is very protective of people, and is wiling to risk her life for osmeone elses, even if it means death- but if she lives she really would apppreciate a treat. ^^

Cracker! The Best Dog in Vietnam

Breed: Black German Shepherd
Dog/Handler: Cody
Personality: Headstrong, smart, kind, competitive, loves to control others, loves to help, a bit of a prankster, kind-hearted, and he has fire in his heart, and a strong determination to do things
History: Bruno ws born in the Army's ground. Both his parents were sniffers, but he somehow didn't have the skill to be a sniffer. He had a more complex brain than most of the dogs on ground. He was trained many tricks, which he caught on to quickly. He first went into war when he was a year old, which he was partners with Cody. Him and Cody protected the many lives of soldiers in Iraq, and had gotten his first award for it. He has gone into four wars since then.

Awesome!!! So you know what I'm talking about. I have to say, I cried when Tristie died, and I mean bawled!!! Lol, I finished the book in 2 days (That's 315 pages, kids!) and KNEW i had to do an rp.

Lol, yep I do. I'm going to BooksAMillion to buy the book. Just to get a fresh memory before we start the RP. Lol, I can read that much in about a day and a half, so I would have read it before we started.
