Well, I noticed that there is a different voice for Balto in each of the films. Anyway, I thought that Jenna had changed a lot. By her voice and style and personality.

No, it's the same actor who did the voice of Balto in the two sequels. And the changes in the characters is normal, the team which did the sequels is entirely different from the original one.
