Right I have finally got around to making an rp which has no real plot, just the starting plot, I want to see how this one will go, hopefully very well.

Introduction

Right so this is a new rp I have made that I want everyone to kind of be the authors of, that means if you want to take it a specific way for a short while then just say it in occ or pm everyone, depending on which you think is necessary. If you don't want to reveal your idea that's fie as well, basically you can take control of it any way you want, but don't be bossy or anything, this is meant to be fun.

Here is more or less the introduction post:
The cold wind blew around her paws, something in the air was wrong, it didn't smell right, it didn't...feel right. She stepped into the clearing, the soft moonlight making her patchy fur shine in an ghostly light. She stopped and sniffed at the damp air, there it was again, it was like a faint wind buffeting her, and it smelt strange, like it didn't belong here. She moved forwards again, towards the source of the smell. She leapt silently over a log and just in front of her nose was...something. It looked like heat distortion, but not so natural, it looked sharper, like shimmering crystals floating in the air. And on the other side, she could hear noises, noises that made her skin crawl and her blood turn cold. And it was because of these noises that she ran, ran from the horror on the other side of that strange patch of air.

The plot is basically that these strange 'gateways' have been appearing all over the world (so your character can be from anywhere), but it seems that only animals can see them. Smells, sounds and flashes of light can be seen from the other side, and some animals get curious, so they will eventually step through the gateway. Soon after they go through all the gateways close, and something else happens, the animals change. So from there it is up to all of us to decide what happens next.

Rules

*All the rules of Balto source (swearing by ***, no god-modding, no killing without permission etc)
*Please at least 3 lines, it really isn't that hard and a lot should be going on because I am not restricting anyone from doing anything, well almost anything
*Only up to 4 characters per person, it gets confusing otherwise
*The characters must be animals, and preferably wild ones but any will do
*Try to be imaginative with what they turn into and what they start with, not everyone has to have winged wolves

Those are the only rules, apart from having fun which I can't force you to do but I hope you will.

Changes/abilities: Feathers turn to oranges and golds and reds etc, can set himself on fire whenever he wants and his tears heal small wounds

I didn't want to include things like personality and history because those will be revealed in the rp

Changes/abilities: There is not a whole lost of physical differences, but Tau discovers we can control fire. He is a bit careless at first, because he is so young, be as he grows, he figures out how it works.

Changes/abilities: His eyes glow strangely. His fur grows to protect him in any climate and his fangs grow almost snakelike. All except his front lower canines which stay normal. His temper snaps more than usual and he can seem rather phsycotic at times. He forget everything that ever happened to him and every friedship he's ever made.

Changes/abilities: she becomes pure black and can send a blast ranging up to three miles that shakes the ground and causes powerful wind blowing out from her. Unforetunately this drains her slightly if used to the maximum.

Remember, as soon as you join you basically partly own the rp, so you can change it how you like at any point.

Suhi walked forward, a strange shimmering patch of air before her. What was that? She growled softly with apprehension.

(Yeah it is still on, as Maximum said im just waiting for someone to start. Maximum, not to be picky right at the start of the rp but in the rules I said I wanted at least 3 lines if possible. You don't have to edit your post, but keep it in mind ok?)

The almost silent pawsteps of the clouded leopard upon the wet dead leaves added to the sense of threat. Somewhere that strange anomaly was waiting, and for some reason she felt drawn to it. Lailli had never had interest in any one thing or place for more than a few weeks, and that included males and friends. She wasn't mean by nature, she just liked to change her life every so often, start afresh with new people and places. She stopped, close to the strange glittering fragments, and pondered what to do about it.

Kyak fluttered from his parech haughtily. The morning was too cold and early, but he was hungry and the old saying went 'the early hawk catches the earlier sparrow'. He glided down quietly over the misty but green field, his keen eyes searching for any movement in the grass. Finally he spotted a small robin perched on a fence post, and with a speed that could match a cheetah's he dove down and wrapped his talons around the unsuspecting bird. That was breakfast sorted.

Anaku stared at The open gateway. His muscles tensed and seemed to lock in place. Out of fear of the unknown. He stepped forward and sniffed, Chilled by the fact there was nothing to smell. He gulped, The fur down his spine prickling.

Mugon Raced through the tall grass plains of the savanah. Her ears flattened. She looked around wildly, And African wild Dog was nothing without its pack. And she was nothing without hers. Suddenly hrer ears pricked. She felt drawn to something just pout of sight.
