`This large mansion was huge, old and the wood was so rotten that it creaked under any weight and I could feel myself begging to get out. But I continued.

The furniture was covered in spider webs and dust, all the fotos were torn apart, covered in a substance that I did not want to find out, and there were even some frames that had pictures missing. As I looked around, a sudden flashback ran before my eyes, and I saw this place, new and beautiful. However, as soon as it came it disappeared, leaving me to wonder if that really happened.

The visions were always confusing. One elder I had met while traveling told me that it could vary from my past to a silly dream. I was never too sure, but lately things had been too conected for it to be some sort of freaky coincidence.

I stared at the stairs, which were huge and elegant, spiraling towards two more floors upstairs, the steps were made of worn marble which could´ve broken as soon as I put my weight on them. Curiosity pushed me to go and see the other floors. Even if I had only seen the (large) living room on the first floor.

As I pondered whether to climb or stay, my sensible ears caught strange noises from another room on the first floor. Contrary to my own instincts, I bolted towards to room, slowing down as I reached a torn down door that amazingly was still on it's hinges. I opened the door, pushing it slightly, and my eyes widened as I looked at what was behind it.

I'm pretty sure two screams echoed throughout the worn out house.´

Humans have always existed. It's a fact. But as the years grow on, a new species begins to also grow. They are closely related to humans, but there´s a difference. These creatures have the strange instincts of animals.

They are all different, dividing in clans. The Mamalit clan consists of Feline, Canine and Equine tribes. The Wavin consists of Aves and Dragons, and Liqatil Clan of Predatory Fish, Whales and Dolphins.

Humans are aware of the fact that they exist, but don´t enjoy them around, thinking that sooner or later they´ll try and overpower, taking over lands as their own due to territory instincts. Angered, a war has started and now more and more of the Clans are disappearing.

Rumors have started about an uprising battle in which the war will have ended and humans will have no choice but to live peacefully with the creatures, but there is a legend that says the the humans will prevail, and the Clans will have been made slaves, eventually growing extinct.

Meanwhile, six kids have all met each other. Turns out, they have similar pasts. Each one is an orphan that lives in some sort of abandoned place and has mixed memories about their past. They met in a deserted mansion that appears to have been a foster home. As they keep discovering more and more, the dangers increase, and everyone wonders what will become of them in the future.

Let's find out.

Clan Details and Abilities

Each of them will have a caracteristic or animal feature in human form from the breed they´re from. How many depends on the person, it can range from 1 to 6. They have the ability of turning into their animal breeds for a specific amount of time depending on their control, otherwise will go into a feral state of mind.

All of them in general have heightened senses that are higher than the average humans', but some are more specific than others.

Feline:
Can jump high and have high reflexes and sense of balance. These are very good acrobats. Have the ability to extend their nails, turning them into sharp claws, and will have fangs. And most have a terrifying roar, depending on the breed.

Canine: Have massive amounts of endurance, can howl to signal others and can defean others for a temporary amount of time. They can travel long distances without tiring.

Equine:
If willing, can speed up quickly, also slightly endurant, but mostly have massive amounts of strength to pull things by land. Their kick is very strong, one needs to be careful seeing as they are slightly jumpy.

Aves:
Like any of their clan, can fly high distances quickly, have sharp vision that allows them to see details unknown to other clans. They can caw, crow, etc. and will be heard miles away. Their arms grow into wings, instead of appearing from the back, but they are feathery. Those who are flightless birds can only glide.

Dragons:
Can also fly, but not as fast. Though very endurant, these are well known for their strength, and can breath an element. Though only one. Their arms grow into wings, instead of appearing from the back, but they are scaly.

Predatory Fish:
They are able to breathe underwater, and have a very strong bite, though their temper is fiery. Their smell is very sensible. They can turn their legs into tails. Can ingest almost anything.

Whales:
Cannot breathe underwater, but are able to hold their breath for hours. These have the ability to sing high frecuencies, to the point of breaking glass, and resembling a sonic boom. Can pull massive weight through water.

Dolphins:
Can hold their breath for a large amount of time, and are very sleek through waters, so are the fastest of all marine creatures. They can chirp to signal other from large distances, and can blow explosive bubbles.

Rules:

- Try and keep it under PG, though PG-13 is the max.
-No Swearing.
-No God-modding.
-You can have two characters max. But one must be evil if that is going to be. Or neutral at least.
-No Mates. Crushes are allowed. Mates will be allowed until the seventh page, if we get that far.
-Do not change the storyline.
-If you are going to leave this RP, make something up for your character, like, he/she crossed over to the dark side and was killed or give it to someone with one character or something. But don´t make it rushed please.
-No killing without permission
-If your character died, feel free to make a new one. (As long as you respect the limit) But post the bio please.
- Try your best to not let this die. I´ll send a PM if someone hasn´t posted anything on one page.
- Try to type at least a paragraph with each post. ( Or four sentences as minimum)
- You cannot control another character without permission
- If you´re going to chat, PM. Or if you´re posting an OOC, make sure you have a post with it, to not waste space.
- Post Beasts on your bio.
- Turn off signatures.
- Do not post continuosly without giving other members a chance to post.
- No chat speak
- There will be two warnings. On the third warning you will not be allowed to post again, and if you post you will be ignored.

Need to Know Things

- This is a war themed RP, but give it a little humor to not make it so dramatic.
-You can create a new breed for your creature, but make sure that it's different. Doesn't have any powers or anything of the sort. Like a polka dot whale, or striped bat. Ex: Savannah Cat
-If you are going to leave the RP, give your character to someone else.
-Those who are evil will preferably be humans. Unless you want to be a traitor themed villain and be a part of the creature.
-Not all humans are evil. But remember that you can only have an evil character and good character max.
- This is starting off where the 'two echoing screams' finished, so start there.
-If we are short of members, I will ask you to be either a good or bad character that is needed, like a baker that helps the orphans or something.
-If there is a fight, it will depend on the member if a hit is made. You cannot do something and say that you've won. Also, you can only avoid hits two times repeatingly.
Ex: He inhaled deeply and released a roaring fire that devoured everything in it's path. Had the boy been hit, he would then proceed to lash out with his enormous scaly tail. However, in the meantime, he waited to see what happened.
-This RP is going to be in third person. (Example: He plays around)
- If you're going to be a minor character, bio won't be necesary.
- Try and make your character a different breed. We don't need the same species. Be unique!
-If you read this, put your username next to nickname.
-The six kids are between ages 11-15. No more, no less.

History: Samara was always one of those invisible strays. Though she doesn't enjoy it, she steals food to be able to eat, though wishes to be able to repay those from whom she stole. Where she came from is unknown, and she often has visions of what could be her past, but is unsure.
Description: She wears old baggy pants, a dark green vest, a worn out beret, and boots. her hands are covered in fingerless gloves. Her eyes are a a bright amber, and she has tan skin and shoulder length dark brown hair.
Caracteristics: A striped tail that is often tucked in her pants, slit eyes and unusual fangs.
Personality: Sam is a strong girl that is often independant. She enjoys people company, and is often down to earth and mischievous, but her temper is something one should watch out for. She finds it annoying when others call her Samantha instead of Samara.

The small girl waited for her chance. Her stomach growled for something to eat, and her face twisted into a frown. She needed a good moment to strike, but was well aware that glowing eyes would be alarming to anyone that spotted them.
Unconciously, she licked her lips as she watched the butcher cutting the meat, preparing it for delivery. It wasn't long before he finished, and Samara jumped down from the ceiling beam she had waited. Extending her large sack, she quickly took different kinds of meat, and then ran away, making sure to hide any evidence of her being there.
As the girl prepared the fire in her campout, far away from the village, her eyes glowed with a satisfaction while beginning to cook the meat.

History: Zephyr always had a bad past with animal. They would always growl at him, or something of the sort, apparently intimidated by him. At school he was always bullied by those of the Creature Clans, and he grew to hate them too. But when a thief of the Dragon Clan robbed him and took his older sister's life, he vowed revenge and has become a military tyrant, taking the war to the next level. He's managed to trick the goverment to taking his side.
Description: He is large, with brown hair and blue eyes. He often wears military clothes, showing his position as general
Caracteristics: None, he's completely human
Personality: Zephyr is often serious. He doesn't enjoy taking things lightly, and has a personal hate toward animals. He's very clever, a trickster and has a major role in the war. Zephyr however is dangerous. Able to use almost any type of weapon, he is very skilled in hand to hand combat, and is able to use the enemy's strong point against them.
Good or Evil?: Evil
Extra: He often carries a whip and/or gun with him. He has a strange whistle around his neck, held together by a small but strong chain.

Zephyr stared at the post before him with angry eyes. The raid had failed, and many soldiers walked around with limps and casts. His icy blue eyes narrowed as he stared at everyone before him, and most people felt intimidated by his glare.

" How could you fail in a raid against a small tribe!? Of Equines no less!!" The tyrannt angrily shouted.

" Sir, they managed to destroy the cannons. We had no choice but to retreat." A soldier answered.

" Equines are prey animals. What you did was announce your presence and allow them to hear you, giving them enough time to form a strategy." He answered in a frightingly calm tone.

" You should've divided in three groups. Two from the side and one from the back. That would've given you a chance to ambush them, and drive them to the camp where they would've been placed in cages, where they belong."

The soldier timidly nodded, and limped away before Zephyr could've done anything longer.

" You There!" The General pointed to a soldier who was in the middle of eating a sandwhich. He froze as he looked at the Tyrannt. " Take me to whoever is in charge."

I'll join. Intresting RP. You said we can do other creatures, I don't know if you meant living creatures or new creatures in general. My neutral creature is a new one.

Clan/Species: Earth Spirit
History: A creature from the Earth that exists to bring ballance back to the world. Though technically good, he's considered neutral because he attacks both sides. His main perpose is to stop the war to restore the Earth to ballance, he does this by attempting to kill the leaders of both sides or by giving the two sides a common foe to fight against. If it benefits his cause, he will aid ether side but has no prefernce. If his perpose is achived, he'll return to the Earth from where he came and return to his slumber. He has no conscioness as he's a promordial entity.
Description: A 15 foot giant made of solid rock. He has one glowing red eyes. He resembles an ape-like human in structure but only has an organic heart. If its hit, he'll instently return to the Earth but he'll be back.
Caracteristics: He has no major abilities aside from being made from rock and the strength that comes with his size. Being made of rock, guns have little effect on him but enough damage will force him to go dorment for a few hours to heal.
Personality: Primal, he acts on impulse most of the time and lacks most emotions due to being a elemental entity. This in mind, he isn't dumb exactly, he just has more of the intellgence of a caveman.
Good or Evil?: Neutral
Extra: He considers the kids leaders of the creatures and thus is trying to kill them but if he sees they can be used to bring peace, he may assist them.
Example Post: Monolith rose from the rocky Earth, letting out a gigantic roar. His mother saw the conflict in the world, a great conflict between her two main races. She wouldn't allow this upset in the ballance and thus has summoned forth this behemoth of rock to restore it. He let out another bellow and started stomping towards the nearest target his ancient mind could figure out.

I don't know if I overstepped the bounds or not, Monolithe's main perpose was to be a wildcard, no one knows what he's going to do and he's not on anyones side. Until you ok or reject him, I'm not adding another character because at any point, Monolith could switch sides and be a good guy or bad guy due to how he works. If you'd like to alter his role, I'd be willing or if you reject him, I'll just make a new character.

Haha. Intelligence of a caveman makes me laugh. :B You're accepted. Like that is fine.

I did it, not sure if that's right or not, hard to understand that. I'd add another character but Monolith's alligence won't stay Neutral, he's gonna end up joining a side, just depends what happens. (Though ultimently if the kids succeed he'll thank them before returning to the Earth)

Can I join and make a good and evil character, how would you decide who can turn into their full animal forms because you mentioned power as 1 to 6 and I didn't quite get it, also can my evil character be my own creature, I will post his bio later I only have time for one, and Beasts

Description: A pale almost grey skin tone, and she has strange deep blue eyes with a rim of gold around her pupil, she has long shoulder length golden brown hair and she usually wears a black cap with the semi circle bit half broken off. Characteristics: Two short horns that are the same color as her hair, which is why she wears the hat, she has a 'skin condition' which is actually her scales, she has them down her spine along with slightly longer spines which have the same skin running between them as on here http://www.bettsiv.com/gif/greydrg.gif
Personality: Keeps herself to herself and never likes strangers, isn't very trusting and can get very snappy if people annoy her, she does have a gentler side which she hardly ever shows except to those really close to her, she loves animals and sleeping, mostly in the sunshine, and also always talks about feeling trapped and wanting to be free
Good or Evil?: Neutral but I suppose it depends on how this goes
Extra: None I think, apart from the fact that her scales are silver, oh and she breathes fire like any normal self respecting dragon
Example Post: Zara stared out at the city below her. Its grey stone buildings and colorful markets like a strange map, where nothing grew apart from the most vibrant of flowers. Below her were several stalls topped with colored cloth, from beneath the yellow one she could smell bananas and other fruits, and from the green one was fish. Licking her lips slowly she jumped off the edge of the building, her arms spread out like wings, and landed heavily in the orange striped fabric of the stall next door to the green one. She jumped off of the stall quickly, merging into the crowd so as not to seem suspicious. She walked round to the front of the fish stall, everyone was shoving money at the owner who was in return shoving fish at the customers. Zara stepped behind a large sunburnt man and reached around him towards some of the cheaper fish. Her fingers grasped to fin of the fish and she was just pulling it towards her when a sharp pain erupted at the tips of her fingers. She looked up to see a young boy digging a small knife into her finger. Zara didn't yelp, she just stared in pain at the boy, and with one smooth motion she pulled her finger out from under the knife blade and span round, the fish dangling from her bleeding fingers. She expected the cry of 'stop thief', but it never came. She turned to look back at the stall and saw the boy just standing there, staring at her solemnly. Slowly, Zara allowed herself to drift away with the flow of the crowd, and away from that strange boy.

Sorry I went a bit overboard with my example post, but I really got into that scene

I meant animal features when I said that, but in human form. If your character has enough control, he or she can turn into an animal for a brief period of time, depending on their strength to not let their instincts unleashed. =D

And don't worry about the example post. Make it as long as you want, but try and post like that in the RP. You still have two things to post if I can let you join. Check in Rules and Need to know things.

Actually, it might work better for me to have a good character I guess but its up to you because of how Monolithe may end up. What do you say?

Example Post: There was nothing strange in the street, nothing except a black haired boy standing and staring at passers by. A young woman walked past him, but stopped. He looked just like her son, her dead son, in fact he even had his throat ripped open in exactly the same way. All her memories of how she had killed her own son came flooding back, she felt so guilty. She let out a scream, but to passers by she was screaming at nothing. Her 'son' rose up, he seemed to be floating, and stretched out a bloodstained hand towards her. The woman screamed again, staggering backwards, and tripped on a stone. A sharp pain erupted in her back, and her blood spread out, tainting the rest of the knives in the kitchen stall.
From the shadows, two glowing eyes watched as the woman died, and as people rushed about trying to save her, but he knew she would die.

Ok He is basically Fear personified, I thought it would cool but if you think its too weird or too powerful or something then just say no, I was just seeing if I could use him, I will change him to a human if you say no so no worries

I'll be one of the kids I guess. Oh and Tromacom, if Fear is accepted, can he and Monolithe be mortal nemsises? Kinda makes sense considering Fear is trying to keep the war going and Monolithe is trying to end it.

History: A young member of her clan and one of the creatures seeking a peaceful solution and avoiding the war. She thinks humans and creatures can coexist, partly because she was raised by a human who had the same ideals as her. She is normally underestimated because of her 'nerdy' appearence but she can hold her own in a fight, having trained in Crane Kung Fu.
Description: Brown hair, sky blue eyes, glasses, likes to wear purple clothes.
Caracteristics: Intellgent, comicbook freak, Black Belt (if you're alright with that) in Crane Kung Fu.
Personality: Kindhearted, friendly, doesn't like to fight but will if she needs to, has a short fuse when people call her a nerd, she'll help other creatures so long as its not going to provok the war.

Example Post: Sora flew high above the Earth. She looked at her beutiful white wings, she loved them, they were what maded her a creature and she liked them. After getting closer to where she wanted to go, she landed behind a tree and her feathers disappeared into her arms. She set down and got an X-men comicbook out and started reading it. Some jock ran up and took it from her, calling her a nerd. She bit her lip. "What did you just call me?" she asked. He repeated himself several times. "Call me that one more time." she threatened. He did and she gave him several strikes to the chest then a jumping kick, knocking him out. She took her book back and looked up to see an old abandoned mansion...

BiC: Samara opened the door, so as that it creak until she had opened it halfway. There was no doubt, her nose could't fool her. Someone was inside. Biting her lip, the girl peeked her head through the opening, involuntarily dilating her cat like pupils. As she turned around, the lack of light made it only more intimidating as to the sight.

" AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Shrieking, Sam stumbled backwards, tripping over a broken piece of wood on the floor, and falling to the ground onto her back, with anything but cat like grace.

" Oooff!" The girl grunt, her worn and dark green beret falling of her head, showing her dirty hair. The young teenage orphan lay there, not bothering to get up.
