Balto had become the Hero of Nome. Every dog looked up to him. Pups wanted to be like him. They accepted him as the leader. Giving him almost unlimited power, like Nome was his town. Meanwhile, Steele, after being shunned harshly, fell in love with a beautiful wolf named Marro and soon enough she gave him pups. These pups, even though they knew the truth, still loved their dad with all their hearts. Steele loved Marro for Marro and didn't care if she was a wolf, his only acception. His pups were wolf-dogs, but he didn't care, he loved them anyway. Dogs teased him for this. But living under Balto's rule was a must, the other dogs would chase him out if he didn't. A new dog comes int the picture, Kayla the wolf-dog. She is sweet and nice to Balto and HIS friends, but she hates Steele. After all, she devoted her life to him and he turned her down, she was a wolf-dog. And the only wolf blood he could allow was Marro and his pups. Kayla's appearance is truely awful. She puts Marro down, makes up lies, and plays mean tricks, always blaming Steele for them. Balto believes her, she can fake cry and act, and why shouldn't she be trusted? And worst of all, her silhouette looks EXACTALLY like Steele. When Kayla causes an accident because of being pushed meanly by an unknown dog, she causes a tour bus to crash and hurting many, the whole thing looks like Steele did it to be mean! All Steele was doing was cuddeling up next to a cozy fire in an old abandoned, but still in good shape house with his family and one of his pup's book, having family night! Balto organises a meeting, bringing Steele forth to be punished for a crime he didn't commit. Marro is tense, she doesn't trust Balto. But Steele is brave and walks foward to justify. Balto won't hear of it, and to Marro's horror and dismay, Balto exicutes his order. Exile. Marro is brought to tears as the dogs mock him and call him names, taunting him as he runs from one end of the city to the other, with Balto watching proudly from the rooftops. Poor Marro won't bear it, and Balto has assigned an escort for her and her pups so Steele can't bother them. Marro is heartbroken and her pups, even tough Mint, are in tears. Marro has had enough. After a bloody and brutal fight with her escort and telling her kids to do the same, Marro takes off to find her beloved mate in a far city. Since Steele can't go back, the dogs get on a flight to N.Y.C. and live up there for some time, in Marro's penthouse suite! Sweet! Balto finds out Kayla did it and now he's sorry and wants to find Steele and his family. Can Balto find them, and can Steele forgive them for all that has happened?

History: Marro came to Nome to escape a dog catcher from New York City. She and her parents lived in the Dakota appartments, Penthouse style. The owner had a liking for the wolfies! Her mother died peacefully in Bermuda, where Marro would go because she knew how to get on planes, she goes to the island like crazy. Her father died there too and both her parent's ashes are in a pendant with the witchcraft symbol, Marro's religion. She loves Steele and her children with all her heart.
