So,its been absolutely confirmed. Rob Zombie's sequel to Halloween,H2 is coming in august.
http://www.halloween-themovie.com/ Heres the official site and me being a big fan of his first one am super excited for the second film. I read somewhere that was an interview from him I guess that its supposed to view more of Laurie Strode's POV and is still supposed to be pretty realistic,not "monster-movie like" as the old ones where he came back no matter what you did to him. So I can't wait =D
I obviously loved the first one

Anyone else looking forward to it? I think Rob is the best horror movie maker of this movie era besides Wes Craven.

yes but he doesnt sing that much anymore i think by the way he talks about his music career in interviews. he directed Halloween in 2007 though and he also made two others called House of 1000 Corpses and Devil's Rejects. :wink:

I won't be watching this.. after "House of 1000 corpes" and its sequel.. I'm done with rob zombie's movies, I'll stick to his music.. XD

I honestly have never been interested to see the house of 1000 corpses,kinda interested in The Devil's Rejects but Halloween will probably be my favorite movie by him. XD Even when the sequel comes out since Daeg wont be playing the flashbacks of young Michael anymore sadly. (please dont tell me how girly you think he is or anything,i have spoken with him twice and hes a very sincere actor and person and making fun of him or anyone is kind of immature. just saying it annoys me.)

Ya just like the recent Friday the 13th. Im not picky with movies or easy to dissappoint but man....did that really bum me out. I so thought it was going to be as epic as his Texas Chainsaw Massacre films(The Beginning and the remake) but he really didn't seem to put his potential into it like he did in those.

I don't think H2 will be terrible but, like I said I think Rob's Halloween is going to be my favorite move by him. Not the sequel,or any of his other movies.
EDIT:
I think this is gonna be an amazing movie to watch! haven't seen it yet but have read nothing but good reviews and one bad review but only because that person was so into John Carpenter's movies he couldnt accept the fact Rob makes his own style of them. pfft. whatever. I'm hoping to see it Sunday.
