Maybe you should add a bio, explaining her personality, likes/dislikes, history etc.

She's a cute character, interesting design. I'd rate her a 7. You should give a link to her fanfic

2. The render is pretty good.
3. In my opinion the red faced pups are way overdone, there are just too many of them. Also (to me) her personality doesn't seem very original. Correct me if I'm wrong, but she's like a happy character who can pose a threat if she's angry and has a lot of likes that any canine would have. The one thing that seems different is that she likes wolves.
4. Probably not, I don't really read Balto Source fanfics.
