Well, it was only one of the most amazing movies EVER!!! The plot was great, and the characters were really cool! And then, of course, there was Bob Dylan's "Desolation Row" cover by My Chemical Romance!! Amazing!

Watchmen is one of those movies that only comes along every few years that actually makes you think. In a time where people are becoming to complancent, and not questioning things this movie proves there are still people out there who still are willing to rattle the cage. The Characters aren't so one-dimensional and their motivations aren't made clear within the first hour of the film. This film keeps you wondering what is going on up until the very end. The film is based in an alternate history of the US where instead of there being no superheros there are people who dress in costumes to fight crime. Key events in our history are twisted around, instead of pulling out of Vietnam we stay and win the war within a week.
My favorite character is Rorschach. His mother well was involved in a very notorious business and he was a favored punching bag for bullies. He is searching for the supposed "Mask Killer." He is the type of person that is always questioning authority and criticizes people who just accept things the way they are. Well as for the rest of Watchmen with the violence and gore. I don't mind it, it is a way to keep the plot going and violence with a point in films is never useless.
