Plot - Lori Kumaneko went missing from her bed in Kyoto, Japan,. But when she wakes up, at only the age of 6, she finds herself in a laboratory. 8 years the scientists at the lab examined her and used her as their experiment. Her name, Lori, means Lioness and that is what they turned her into. But on her 14th birthday, she is kidnapped and taken to Rio Rico, Arizona to start a new life as a Freshman in High school. She doesn't know who the kidnapper was but she knows the scientists are hunting her down, and that her blood may be the stop to cancer. With the help of her new friends, she must try to stay away from her troubles, and find her family she left behind.

Setting - Rio Rico, Arizona 2005. The characters go through a few years as more challenges come towards them, the seasons change as the characters do.

Rules .:MUST READ:.

1) There is no Power Playing aloud
2) You can curse, as long as it is the least bit kid friendly (no F*** or God D***)
3) Three characters per person, more then that gets confusing.
4) Please post, Lioness in your bio so I know that you read the rules.
5) Keep at least one character in the rp at all times, don't kill all your characters right and left.
6) You CAN have mild powers, such as becoming a Vampire, Werewolf, or Anamorphic character.
7) You MUST look for a Japanese like name for your character. This is Anime type roleplay and Japanese names are more appropriete then Bob, Tim, or Kyle, etc. (Search for "Anime first/last names" on Google)
Lori is not the only experiment, you can be one to. But the scientists are not hunting you down. *Lori is special*

I'll join but first, can I ask something? Could I maybe be a more direct antagonist? Like another experment that is ether sent to track Lori down or is another escapy that wants to kill her because she was made for a good reason, I'm guessing sense you said her blood might cure cancer, and he was made into something like a super soldier or something and is jealious of her, as well as a psychopath. Just asking. Its your role play, so its completely up to you, its just you don't have a sort of direct villian and that might help with the anime theme.

Of course And if you mind, could you also make a character that is a friend to her? If you don't want to that is okay.

Personality: sadistic, evil, dullusional, psychopathic, extremely jealious of Lori.
Species: Cyborg (human combined with mechanical parts)

Extras: He has the ability to control technology with his mind, has superstrength. He has super durablity to the point being ran over by a bus would fail to kill him and he can regenerate from wounds that would be fatal to a normal human, making him extremely difficult to kill. If he's electrocuted, he can channel the energy through his body and shock others with no harm to himself. He was made as a nearly unkillable super soldier but the process drove him insane, he wants to kill Lori due to her being made for a rightious perpose while he was made to be a killing machine. He, however, wants to wait for her to find her family so he can have the pleasure of killing them in front of her then killing her as well, that doesn't mean he won't try to expose her by forcing her to fight him as well as try to kill her friends. He also escaped from the lab, meaning they're after him too but are more likely to kill him than capture him if they get the chance.

((Its okay, I think this is a good time to start. Maybe if we post some more people will want to join. Here goes...))

Lori opened her eyes and the bright light that shone through the alley gleamed. She sat up, her neck aching from sleeping on the floor of the alley. She remembered it was Monday, her first day of the new school. She stood up and pulled on her brown mini skirt, an then pulling on a long sleeved shirt with a rural tank top over it. Last of all, she wrapped her striped scarf around her neck and shoes. She had found the clothes at a store down the street. Of course she stole them but nobody noticed. She stepped out of the alley and was warmed by the Arizona sun. She walked down the hard pavement to the foot of the school steps. She then sighed and walked into the front door. The sound from all the people made her jump.

Suddenly she realized that nobody would know her. "Uh oh..." She said aloud.

Sorry for double posting but I will post more tomorrow when I'm on for a long time, Ciao!

OOC: Miki's a teacher at the school. Oh and if ok, Jarret's a serial killer, so they don't just have to save themselves from him but he'll have other plans that could kill a lot of people that they'll probably have to stop. Oh and in Jarret's mind, he and Lori are siblings, they aren't really, that's just how he sees it.

Miki walked up beside Lori. "Hello there, you must me Miss Lori Kumaneko the new student." she said. "I'm Miki, I don't like people to call me by my last name like most teachers, its hard for Americans to pronounce." she said. "I can tell you're not procisely normal...sorry I shouldn't use telepathy on people without asking." she said. "Don't worry, your secrets are safe with me, a psychic isn't one to spil secrets about others when we've got a secret of our own."

Jarret was on an airplane, heading for the US, he'd escaped the lab and was heading after his 'sister'.
