There's a new Zelda game coming out for the DS, and it's supposed to be a sequel to the earlier DS game "Phantom Hourglass". Nintendo has said that it is supposed to be released later this year.

You read info and see the trailer here:

I'm actually interested in the idea of traveling around in a train. What are your thoughts?

Me too.

It steams me seeing people bashing the game and Nintendo and saying "I'm not going to buy the game" all because there is a train as a big way to move about within the game's world. Because they tie trains to little kids.
Even with the train, it is still a Zelda game and I don't understand why people can't forget about the train and live with the fact and see and play the game as the greatness the series has been known for.

I actually really love the whole train thing, <3. This seems like it could be a very different Zelda game from the others and a chance to start something new for once. Don't get me wrong, I love all of Link's adventures, it's just he seems to do the same stuff every time almost, and I'd like to see something a little different, ala Spirit Tracks.

Oh, and did the title "Spirit Tracks" remind anyone of Balto 2 for some reason, XD? Oh well, ^^".

I haven't heard of this game before! It sounds very interesting. Now I'm going to have to try out Phantom Hourglass! I haven't had a chance to play it yet. Oh, if I remember correctly, people were bashing The Wind Waker before it came out because of the animation and stuff but now its classic!

It's interesting. Even with all the bashing that happened on The Wind Waker, a LARGE number of people are saying that it is one of the greatest Zelda game in the series.

Spirit Tracks is getting hit with the same type of bashing. It could also do the same thing that Wind Waker did and be a very great game. It's in the position to do so.

And really, since when did Nintendo make a Zelda game that wasn't great?
