(yes, i cant spell Connecticut, or Conneticut, or...however its spelled!)
XD

This is one movie I really want to see. For those of you who are not aware of the TV show 'A Haunting', they featured a special movie/tv episode called a Haunting in Connecticut, that was VERY good. I think the two are one in the same, only the new release coming to theatures is a remake, with of course better special effects.

I dont want to give the story line away if you've never seen it on TV, but Im hoping to see the premere on Friday.
(heres alittle about it, let's just say this family just moved into a beautiful new home, which is actually an old funeral home, and the son is recovering from cancer, its just a very good episode of the show, and hit big with ratings, as well as A Haunting in Georgia did with the Heidi Wyrick(cannot spell names) case.)

I'm pretty excited for it.
Anyone else?
(sorry if theres a topic about it. im lazy and cant look beyond the first page XP)

It's not getting very good reviews which is a shame because I thought it looked promising.

Yeah I just saw it today at 4:30. Very good. Although I feel it wavered with the more reality-based TV Movie version. Although, I liked it and it was pretty good. Wasn't as scary as I thought it would be, which is a good thing. And I was thinking the exact thing with the Amityville horror. They both wavered from the true stories and endings. For the Amityville horror, theythere was never a torture chamber and they didnt leave on a boat. With a Hauning in Connecticut they never burned the house down and the medium boy ghost never was. It was suppost to be demonic. Although I did like the way they recreated the funeral home, that was pretty accurate to the original. (Sorry for spoilers, guys.)

Oh I hope you'd get a chance to see it. It's really good. If you like thrillers, you'd enjoy it. For me it wasn't so much as a horror movie, more of a thriller. :)

Nope. I haven't seen any action yet. I ship out to...uhm...where I'm at, and so far nothing. Atleast we have internet.

My friend Risa and I went to the theater and saw it... It's safe to say we couldn't sleep that night.
