Alright, peeps. I want some serious crits on my *recent* art of late. I know, I know, I haven't put up anything that recently, but I'll give you links to a couple of my latest pics:

**Please note: At least one character in each of these pics is NOT MINE. Credit is given at the bottom of the page, but if it's your character and you have a problem with this, let me know and I'll take it down.**

Pic #1 http://baltosource.timduru.org/art/Iditarod_Edward_and_Sienna/2-1-3570-121.html&display=18

Sienna is (c) to Purple Puma.

Pic #2 http://baltosource.timduru.org/art/Iditarod_JT/2-1-3570-123.html&display=18

JT is (c) to CatWhoHas14Tails.

Alright, go on ahead and give me some serious crits. I only have a couple of requests here:

1. NO FLAMING. Flamers will be reported, just the same as on any other topic. This is not a "flame my art" topic, much to some people's disappointment. Too bad.

2. If you're dishing out some serious critique (ex. Telling me that a million things are messed up about my doggy anatomy), PLEASE try to give me some feedback on how to actually IMPROVE. Nobody wants to hear a bunch of junk about how their art stinks and then not get any advice on how to improve it. That goes for me as well.

A big thank-you to anybody who's willing to take a look and give me some feedback!

I love the picture of Edward and Sienna. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that pic(My opinion).

Now with the picture of JT, his back paws kinda look a bit weird. They are a bit too chubby, and he doesn't really have a heel(Or hock. What ever you would call it). Otherwise, awesome picture, perfectly detailed art. *Claps hands at your artwork*

Angelic--> Thank you! Yes, I know that his heel came out funny there; it was intended to be at a slight angle. But you're absolutely right - it came out a little funny. -_-" Ah well. That's what I started this topic for, right?

Dark--> Same thing about JT as Angelic; the paw(s) came out a little weird. Better than some of my earlier sketches, though.

And yes, that is a paw/leg sticking up awkwardly in the Ed and Sienna pic. :eye: I'm also aware of that major anatomy spoof. However, I really didn't know where to put the leg, to be perfectly honest. Any advice?

Thank you both for the feedback! I appreciate it! ^^

Well, if it were me, I wouldn't have put her leg in the pic at all; from the angle she's at, it would've been hidden behind her body. But if you actually wanted it to be there, I suppose you could've just put it right beside the one in the foreground (but at the appropriate angle, of course.)

Yeah, good point. I guess I imagined her swinging her legs or something... *bad excuse* Anyway, thanks for the help!

As they said before about JT's feet. But I also have to say that there is something wrong with JT's neck, it's like as long as his back or something I would try shortening it a little.

Thia is very interesting critique in general, guys; half of this stuff I would have never caught if you hadn't pointed it out to me XD Thanks for the stuff about JT's neck, Rush. I'll try to improve on that. ;)
