But yeah......I think age does matter if you're in a band, if you are old and you still sound great I say keep playing but if you don't have the sound that you used to have that was the reason people fell in love with that band I say they need to retire.

If you're talented, you should be in a band no matter what age you are. I don't think the question lies in how old people are in the band, but how age will affect how marketable they are.
