The rant board defines it pretty well somewhere(I'm not so good at defining things).

I don't know if Balto should have been a game 'cause it really would be hit or miss and I don't think there would be very much gray area in this case. Still, even if there was one made and it was bad I probably would have bought it simply 'cause I'm a fan.
