At Golden Star Farm, horses are trained to be jumpers, hunters, eventers, or to excell in cross country or dressage. Most of the horses are friends, all very close withen their paddocks. Based on which paddock they are in, they are separated into clans. But on one early morning, a new horse has entered the Snowshoe Clan. His name is Alex, and he isn't like the others. He is crazy, wild, and VERY hyper. He is trying to become an exclent show jumper, but just can't seem to go it. But when 3 time olympic medalist Snowbound steps in and tres to help, Alex learns things he never learned before, and learns he has fallen in love with beautiful palimino Skylar. "Hey Snowy! What's happening?" Skylar asked camly. Ther freah Colorado air filled her nose and made her mane blow in a beautiful maner. The horses' paddock stood on a mountaintop, a beautiful peice of scenery, look down the rocky hill, see the open valley, a green sheet of grass surounded by two towns, just meeting a vast lake that reflected the Rockies. Snowbound kept his eyes on the white mountaintops. "An eagle has caught a fish on the deep lake," Snowbound said. From the horses' paddock, the mountains seemed about 6" tall. Snowbound and the other equines could see even fish hopping out of the water. As little small specks, of cource. BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM!!!!!!! Dutchess galloped across the big field. "Hey yal!" she said in her southern accent. "You guys wont believe what's happening!" "What? Whats happening?" Skylar asked. "A new horse has come to live here," said Lise, filling in for Dutchess. "What's his name?" asked Snowbound. "Alex. His name's Alex. He, uh, is coming here to train to become a show jumper. I heard he might even learn cross country. So, in other news, what's up?" "An eagle just caught a fish on the lake," said Skylar. "Facinating," said Snowbound sarcastaclly. "Hey, weren't you the one who told me?" Skylar shot back. "Yeah, but i didn't act like it was the greatest thing, now did I?" Snowy said back. "What did I act like that?" Skylar asked, pretending to be hurt. "Oh, look! Here comes the trailer now!" Dutchess said. The four horses galloped across the field. "This better be good," Nakoda said to his best friens Bolt. " So did you hear? A new horse has come to stay," Skylar said to Bonnie.

I know it's a bit long, but the longer the better, right? BTW< i keep switching because the posts don't always come up right away...

"Course I've heard, Skylar." Bonnie replied. Bolt smiled. "Yea, this better be. I've got things to do, and horses t see." Blto said, which wasn't true. He had nothing else better to do. Lady pranced over twords the 'heard of horses. "So guys, whats with all the commotion? I'm trying to get some beauty rest." Fair Lady bragged. Joker's Trick cantered on over, then rearing up and neighing. "Theres a new horse. A stallion." He said. "I hope he deosnt take up all the ladies- err, mares." He said under his breath. Star jumped over to the horses litlt e group, practicly flying over a barrel that got in her way. "Hi guys. Miss me?" She greeted her fellow horses. Alexander's Chase (AKA Alex) neighed and whinnied in the trailer, he peered out the window to see mares and stallion of all colors. But one caught his eye. It was a beautiful palamino mare. He sighed and stuck his head back inside the horse trailer. Then the truch sloowly came to a stop, and the motter turned off, making Alex silent. Soon the door of the trailer opened wide, and human stepped in, holding Alex's rains. "C'mon ol boy, the road trip is over." ALex sighed with relief. He didnt like road trips, it was the worst thing in hte world to him. He slowly cantered down the ramp, and the woman let go of his rains.

"All over a horse? He isn't even that good," Nakoda said. "Come on, Bolt. Look, Bonnie over there is checking me out," he said. "heh, he's cute," Dutchess joked. "Whatwver, come on, Bonny. There is some crab grass over where I was standing before," said Skylar said. She winked at Alex, though. "So Bonnie. Did you sleep well? When's your next competition?"

Bonnie grunted. "Ok." She said, following Duchess. Alex trotted out of the trailer, and when he saw Skylar wink, he sighed.

"Well then. Hello, old chap. Now, welcome to the Snowshoe Clan. I think you shouls know I'm incharge around here, and so is Lise. Get situated and go talk to Bonnie and Skylar over there," Snowbound tols Alex.

Bonnie sighed. "I dont know. Havn't been told." She explained quickly. Alex nodded, and trooted over to the 2 mares. "Hiya, ladues. I'm Alex. Alexander's Chase."

((Shall we make Bolt and Lissie... flirt?))

"Hello, Alexander's Chase," Skylar said. She and Bonnie exchanged their trademark "let's do it" look. Skylar took the lead. "So, Alexander's Chase, huh? Where ya from?" Skylar said, having some fun with this new horse

((peahaw, yeah! Oh, and the lets do it thing, thats where Skylar and Bonnie like to play- flirt or play with the boys look.))

Lise dipped her head down to eat some grass. She heard hoofprints coming towards her but didnt bother to look.
