Katherine Flynn had the life of a princess as the daughter of an Irish nobleman. But one trip across the northern sea to the Americas could change their lives forever. They are attacked by the black ship The Midnight Lady. Katie is forced down into the storage for safety, and hides there until the battle is over. When she comes out of her hiding spot, she is found by the captain, James Stunner. But what Katie soon finds out, he is not as fearsome as the stories say. It also helps that James takes an instant interest in Katie and takes her a board his ship with a promise to return her to Ireland and her mother. Katie is untrusting of the young captain, knowing that he and his crew killed everyone aboard the nobleman's ship, including her father. But Katie may have to trust Stunner more than she wishes when the most feared pirate on the northern seas suddenly attacks.

This is a re-posted topic, so some spots are taken. I am starting over because half the rp got deleted and we had trouble continueing. I welcome newcomers, though.

In her hurry, Katie tripped over one of the varies boxes in the storage room. She caught herself before falling to the floor, bur sank down to it anyway. She was in the farthest corner away from the steps that led upstairs. She crawled behind a barrel in the dead silence as the crew up stairs prepared for the fight. Katie jumped a foot in the air when the first gun shot sounded before all was drowned out by the clashing of sowrds and yelling of men.

Kira started running down to the storage room in search of her friend. "Katie!" she cried out, suddenly fairly worried for her well being. "Katie, are you in here? Where are you?!" She could already hear the gunshots, and her heart was pounding with the rythym of the shuffling feet up above.
