Cute ^^
I agree with Keilidh you should keep working with it, there's some great potential there.
Let's see... Work with the paws some, move the toe lines a little more away from the veiwer, it should help them look a little more rounded as opposed to looking flat. Also on the first pic work with the fuzzy parts a little more. You did well on the male dog, but on the female the fur around her chest looks a bit... clumpy.
Over all it's not bad, study some anatomy books and make some sketches from real photos for practice. Good Luck ^^
thankyou so much for this critque! i know the paws need huge work and can never figure out how to place the line so thanks for the tip!
and looking at the female -yes she does need better fur! it looks like she has matted fur - which isnt good

my traditional pics are much better then my dgital ones - they are drawn by hand and its the darn mouse that is the key to a successful drawing! ( my mouse is bad lol)
thankyou everyone else for the kind critique - its hard to be kind yet constructive and i think you all did well!
You're welcome, they are very good for using a mouse. I can't line with a mouse to save my life. I usually used the pen tool in Photoshop or my tablet.
