Ok,lots of us don't need help,but some do,which is why i'm writing this guide. First off is videos.
Video programs come in tons of kinds,but if you're a beginner you may need the simplest and/or cheapest program. Here I would like to suggest Windows Movie Maker. It's a free download and is simpe to use. I warn you that it won't work to good with other programs like iTunes so try to download music for your video in some other way,if any at all. Also,videos are easily made,most of them any ways,as far as I know. To see some examples,click the link to see what you could do with it. (Not the music though).

You need to get a program first for this too. I would sggest photoshop,but if you're looking for a cheap program,try GIMP.
Making a good render:
You MAY want to try cloring pixel by pixel,but you could also zoom in on a pic to color over it real nice so you can see where the color pixels end. Also,you can just select an area and bucketfill,though if it comes out messy,try editing it with the paintbrush icon. If you have a tablet,I would draw over it. Easier with a tablet.
