Max growled. They were doing the buddy system? He hated the dang buddy system, but he went along with it as Roland was stuck with some girl named Susan for the flight into Panama, Florida.

Max himself was stuck on the plane next to Katy and beside Roland.

Roland buckled in for the flight, obviously more patient than hsi friend, though his hands shook like nothing else.. ever.. He was trembling all over, until Max handed him a pill that was no doubt illegal, but he swallowed immediately.

Katy sensed the impatience of Max,she crossed her arms after buckling in.She sighed and brought out some gum,taking and chewing a piece.She closed her eyes,not liking her "buddy" right now.

Susan was buckled in and ready,her hands held a book."Twilight"The cover said,she flipped a page then glanced to Roland.She saw the passing of the pill,but said nothing. 'Wonder what's up with that'She thought and looked back at her book

Roland was deathly afraid of heights. He shook and shook and shook, even with the pain pill that made him high.

"Ro, Buddy, you gotta chill out.." He said. "Read or somethin,Talk to you buddy, kay?" He smiled, patting Roland on the shoulder.

Roland nodded, putting earphones in, he pressed play on his orange ipod, the same shade as his eyes, and Paramore boomed in his ears.

"What's up with him?"Susan asked Max "I mean,I really don't like to see people like this"Her eyes scanned Roland. "Fear of heights right?"Susan knew it,She could tell by his eyes.

"Oh yeah," Max chuckled. "Doesn't help his girlfriend broke up with him a couple days back, either. Haha." He shook his head. "Ro's great - Don't get me wrong - But he's scared and broken as hell." He shook his head, a broken look in his eyes, even though he was grinning.

Roland listened absentmindedly to Misery Buisness full blast, no doubt those around him could hear..

Susan looked at Roland then back to MAx "Poor guy,He must be taking it hard,Reason why I hate dating"She said.Susan heard the booming music "Hope he doesn't go death,he seems pretty nice even at first glance"

Katy snapped her eyes oepn,she sat up hearing music. "My song!"She said her pink her covered most of her face.She brushed it away from her eyes and listened.

"Yeah he's been my b est friend since 1st grade... He's pretty cool." Max said.

Roland shook, and it was more holding in the change to wolf than anything now, he wanted AWAY.. like, now..

"Er, Roland can't hear you, or I'm sure he'd turn it up," Max smiled to Katy, then looked back at Susan, "You're Susan, right? He's liked you since like, the sixth or seventh grade, ha! I bet that's part of the reason he's so anxious to get off the plane. Usually the drugs do the trick." He tapped his chair.

A blush swpted across Susan's face and was gone quick. "Yeah right,I'm to...different"She gave a sad tone with the hated word different.She gave a smile to cover it up. "He's acting like I bite"She joked 'I do bite though,only deer and stuff though' she thought

Katy shrugged and listened hard.She finally gave up and laid back,almost falling asleep.

"You'd be surprised how diffrent Ro is. Watch this, his eye color - Green when he was awake, right?" Max grinned.

Roland was fast asleep.

Max thwaped him upside the head, and Roland's eyes snapped open, a firey orange color, same as his ipod, which was now blaring Skillet.

Susan giggled with Katy "That really doesn't compare to me,but it's cool!"She said smiling and giggling. She glanced out side the window,the blue and a bit cloudy sky filled it. "I love flying,I like the clouds the most for some reason"

Katy yawned "Flying makes me sleep,Sorry peeps I snore so boo hoo"She set her chair back,and tried to sleep.She keep tapping her foot in air,waiting for sleep.

Roland yawned and settled back.

Max fell asleep and before they knew it they were on their last flight.

Roland had calmed down alot. "Hey, Susan, wanna play truth or dare with me and max? Katy?" He asked the two girls.
