I found several funny faces of the lions in The LionKing II, these are not bloopers. If this topic seems pointless (even though it just shows the funny faces of the characters) feel free to report it. Here they are:

Image Explination: Er...you can guess
Image Explination: Not funny, but the animals look as if they are in pain
Image Timon: I'm a Giraffe!
Image Simba: He he, you still pick your nose!
Image Kiara: Kiara is hungry for some butterfly, come here!
Image Timon: Oooh, shiny!
Image Explination: Pumba: Arrg! I'm a pirate!
Image Kovu: Who dropped that elephant on us?
Image Kiara: You are so hot...
Image Kiara: Kovu! I said sixty more push ups!
Image Simba: I sing better then you! Lalalalala
Image Vitani: Having fun?
Image Zira: Rawr! I'm starving! Feed me your foot now!
Image Zira: Yea....I loving being stoned
Image Kovu: I hate static electricity!
Image Nuka: Yuck! Termite bile!
Image Zira:Scar...they think I'm insane, lies!
Image Zira: Scar! I see you! Where you go?
Image Zira: Stoned again
Image Zira: I love you Scar...I mean Kovu!
Image Vitani: Ahh! Stanger danger!
Image Vitani: Oh! Sticks for supper!
Image Vitani: I've got you now Harry Potter!
Image Nuka: Invisble Slushee
Image Kovu: Look at my new slick back hairdo!
Image Kovu: I got flushed!
Image Vitani: I'm a Zira clone
Image Zira: It's hideous!
Image LOL
Image Kiara: Walk with pride

It's not pointless, but there's already an identical topic here: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=25174
Sooo maybe a mod could merge the two, or if not, just repost your topic as a reply on the other one.
