Yes, you heard me, a Dire Wolf RP, I've heard some about them on this site, some of members like them and they're considered a Cryptid in some cases so I like them. If you don't know what a Dire Wolf is, here's a link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dire_wolf

Plot: In the northern, isolated areas of Canada, legends have come of huge wolf-like creatures. One is the Inuit myth of the Amarok, which supposedly inhabits islands in the islands of the Arctic Sea. This legend is not unknown to the creatures inspiring it. They are the last of their kind, the only remaining pack, living on an isolated island they will protect with their lives but what do they do when a wolf pack, their present day realitives, lands on their island. To make matters worse, their once great Alpha, a male suffering from gigantism and thus far larger than normal, has been driven insane by a bad head wound damaged his brain and turned him from a mighty leader to a primal savage being controled by anger he'd had prior to this injury. After killing several of their own, his eyes were burned by the pack for protection, making him extremely sinstive to light, forcing him into the caves below the island during the long arctic day but nights are growing longer as winter comes, when the land will be engulfed in a several month night and this monster will soon be reigh free. He has been renamed after the night stalker in Inuit lore, a blood thirsty hunter that devours all those who go out alone at night, Amarok. Will these relics of an age long past accept help from the present or join the rest of their kind in extinction?

Rules:

No god mod or power play

No gay, incest, ect. characters

Dire Wolves cannot mate with normal wolves

Amarok can only come out at night

No 'super powers'. I will allow wolves to have an above avarage trait such as strength or speed but no one wolf is a match for Amarok, that's why he's the villian.

Give the one your fighting a chance, unless you're Amarok fighting a nameless background wolf no ones controling.
