*****"...Here I Am On Man's Road..."*****

As a kid, The Last Unicorn had to be my favorite movie. As an adult...I'm proud to say that it still is. This fanart took 21 hours to complete (3 hours a day over a period of 7 days). It was done entirely with [ultra-fine tipped] sharpies, then detailed with colored pencils. No CG was used during the making of this drawing. The paper is huge (12''x18''). This is one of the few pieces of mine that I really like. The BG was hard to do, especially the sky. I had to draw every star by hand, but I think it was worth it. I tried to make the Unicorn look similar to the one in the movie, but also mixed in some of my own style as well. It looks so much better in real life...my scanner ate the colors...

Enjoy. I had a lot of fun drawing this!

Oh my gosh! Another TLU fan. :} Glad to see this movie hasn't been completely forgotten!

Beautiful piece. :}

Jeebus... this is really really pretty <3 I'm shocked it didn't get more responses! It's been a -month- and only one other person cares to acknowledge it?! :O

The stylization is really nice, a lot like the movie but w/ some originality mixed in - and hats off to you for working w/ (it looks like) markers/gel pen... an unforgiving medium indeed x.x But yes, lovely work! I also happen to be a big TLU fan <:3

ouah, I like very much this drawing! (I love horses)
