Hai! Suggestion by Conay!

Now, I was going down a few topics in other and I found this and it showed where all the members come from. What I was confused about, on the main site, the top three where "USA", "France" and "Columbia", Columbia? I;m not sure why thats there, but what I was thinking due to the most popular country's on the site we should have "USA", "France" and "UK" as the "big three" at the top of the list.

I do like this idea but i think that the three countries (currently) are listed byt he number of people who have joined and live in those places.

Well yes, something like that, but if nothing can be done like that - Why cant we just use UK, USA and France, heck it's called "ENGLISH".

I can't say that I do.

Well, I don't really get what you're suggesting.

Lol, you probably explained it perfectly, but I can be a little absent-minded when it comes to this.

When you select your country on the main site, the top three listed are "USA, France and Columbia". When I don;t think anyone really comes from COlumbia on the English side.

The UK is the second most popular country on the site, and should deserve to be in the top three (Along with France (Or Canada) and America), and thats what i'm suggesting.

Oh. Ohhh. Okay. I get it now. I think there should be all of those that you listed;

USA
UK
France
Canada
Australia?
Italy?

Natural for me to pick Australia, there is a few people (including myself) from thereabouts. And I've seen a few people from Italy, as well. I don't get why it's a big deal, though. I never actually noticed this little thing before.

All the other country's will be listed under them.

Honestly, the matter doesn't matter. Just because those are the most popular countries around here doesn't mean that is has to be in that order. Because either way, the same countries and people are going to be listed.

But here are the true statistics of the site (members or just visitors) :

USA = 57.6%
France = 8.9%
UK = 8.6%
Canada = 6.4%
Italy = 1.7%
Australia = 1.5%
Germany = 1.4%
Belgic = 1.0%
Norway = 0.8%
Suede = 0.7%

(I only listed the top 10)

I guess that if the site was translated into other languages, we would see many more visitors from non-english countries. The share of french visitors is high due to the french version.

This still see's "USA, UK and France" as the top three.

I'm from Germany but my family now lives in the usa

@Conay: I fail to see how this topic is really necessary. I mean, the countries will still be listed and so what if it takes like, a whole second more to find your country? Big deal!!
