Allright.

In my opinion: One of the best movies I've ever seen.

When I first saw a poster for this in the cinemas, late spring 2007, I just became sad and depressed. I thought all the characters looked stupid, and I thought the whole movie was just going to be one big failure. But I was wrong. Very wrong.

As mentioned, I didn't pay attention to is, forgot all about it, and I did not see it in the cinemas. Meet the Robinsons was the first movie in Norway displayed in Digital 3D, BTW.

But then, New Years Eve 2007. We was at some friends of the familys house. Me, my sister, and two other elder girls are sitting and playing a confusing game. We have no idea what the plot in the game is, but we play it anyway. One of the guests sons come running in to the living room, shouting out that he wants to see a DVD. I saw he had picked Meet the Robinsons, and I thought 'Why not?'. It would be intresting to see how big this failure from Disney was. But I was quite amazed. Even though Disney don't make a lot of GREAT movie classics anymore, this one definatly was.

After watching it, I had to do a choice. I could love the movie, or I could hate it. I could love it, because it's truely loveable, touching, funny and heartwarming. But, I didn't get a thing. The plot was extremly confusing, and that was a reason who was good enough for dislike it. So, I sorta loved it, while I hated it.

But then I saw it again on Disney Channel! Then there was no doubt anymore, I loved it. All the characters, the soundtrack, the voice actors and actresses, everything. I said I hated the characters, but they are so cute and funny. My favourites is Lewis, Wilbur Robinson, Franny Robinson and Aunt Billie.

The Plot (Spoiler Free)

12 year old Lewis is a genius orphan boy. He lives at 6th Street Orphanage, and shares a room with his roommate Mike "Goob" Yagoobian, a little guy who loves baseball, and always is tired. Lewis is a inventor, so he often stays up all night, working on his projects. His newest invention, is The Memory Scanner. He invented this to find the mother he never knew. But, the funny thing about chasing dreams, is that no one can do it on their own. But suddenly, a mystic stranger called Wilbur Robinson appears. He say he's from the future, and a evil guy just known as 'The Bowler Hat Guy', have stolen a timemachine. He takes Lewis on a unforgetable and crazy adventure to the future! And Lewis meets a family that I'm sure no one will forget.

The plot begins in 2007, and Lewis and Wilbur travels to years 2037.

The movie is based on the book 'A Day With Wilbur Robinson' by William Joyce.

The music is composed by Danny Elfman, and the mainsong 'Little Wonders' is by Rob Thomas.

Thats all for now folks. :] I might update this later. ^^ But, at last, I'll add a quote from Walt Disney:

"Around here, however, we don't look backwards for very long. We Keep Moving Forward, opening up new doors and doing new things, because we're curious...and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths." - Walt Disney

I love MTR! It's cool! I thought it was gonna be a stupid Disney thing like they normally make! But it was amazing. It brings past into the plot, and the villian has a good reason for hating the protagonist (O.K, not really XD, but still, he actually hates him for a reason!). So yeah, incredible film

If you haven't seen it more than one time, the plot is confusing. xD I reccomand to watch it twice or more. xD

Heh. xD I can watch this movie several times a day. xD I love it. =P I would probably have gotten the plot a little easier if it wasn't for all the kids. xD They were making a lot of noise. xD

I enjoyed the movie a lot - even though it used a style of animating that I don't like.

Yes, I really enjoyed they made the future look, as if from a Kid's idea,
and you'd notice- Not every thing is striaght, it's round.
Which is very good for a kid's movie.
