Death Row.

The name send a shiver of fear running down the spines of every dog alive. But for some Death Row is not mearly a threat, it's reality.
A group of dogs are soon to be put down, all of them commiting 'crimes' to humans, and they have all but given up on life, knowing that there is no escape from death.
But escape comes in the form of Lou, a newbie dog obedience trainer. She knows that these dogs will never get another chance at life, so adopts them all to try and rid them of their crimes and bring them into the spotlight. But who will succeed? Who will let the others down? And who will let down themselves?

Crime: she used to start fights among the street dogs just for the fun of it, and then moved into more people populated areas and she became a danger on the streets, she has injured many people but has only killed a few, including a man who was part of the team of dog-catchers that was sent to try and capture her

Crime:He was in a dog agility trial, when he just went berserk and attacked all the other dogs, it wasn't really his fault because someone had a really high pitched thing to try and get his dog to win by cheating, Rocky feels bad because his owner was hurt
