This should be in the Animals section. Anyway, yeah its funny. It could happen in real life , I'd like people to prove Bigfoot exits.

Dragon Tamer wrote: Very curious indeed. But why would Bigfoot kill a man? There's only two accounts of them ever even behaving in a hostile manner, and both came from potentially dubious sources. I think in this case it had grown kind towards the woman and was defending her, kinda like how a silverback Gorilla will tear a man apart if that man is threatening its troop. I think it was a case of the creature defending something it cared about. Also, I must be a party pooper and say to my knowladge, the Lost Tapes are fictional but realistic as well.

Honestly, I think this was a bear attack...bears will smash their prey, and drag them around for a while, to incapacitate them, then leave, waiting for them to die, to come back later. At least the way I've heard of bear attacks going. It could be big foot, then again, there could be a better explanation. The information seems too vague to know.

Well, here's my honest take on it: I don't know. I'm willing to acknowledge and evaluate evidence from either the bear view or the Bigfoot view (the ape fur, I confess, is rather compelling), but I am rather doubtful that an animal which has such a clear (and in my opinion, well-justified) habit of avoiding humans would all of the sudden start following one around unless there were some incentive, such as food. I concede that it's possible, but I will point out the obvious reality that we don't know the whole story.

We also must make point that Bigfoot is a primate, likely a higher primate, all Primates are very intellagent and the woman in this case is a park ranger, perhaps he saw her take care of animals and knew he could trust her and thus come around her out of curiousity and when the Poacher started threatening her, Bigfoot got agressive on instinct, any primate will protect something it cares about, sometimes gorilla researchers have been defended by Gorillas, same with the other higher primates.

This is certainly possible. Please understand, I'm not rejecting this out of hand. As somebody (I forget who) once said, "There is more faith in honest doubt than in all the creeds" (paraphrase).
