I swear to God this is not a fake!
I found this on Google.
And was like OMG! :shock:

It was on a Japanease site.
And you could even buy the Video/DVD from the site.

Strange...Mmm, if you want my opinion, this is probably a pirated version of Balto 1 and/or 2, they just made a mistake with the name.
(or maybe this was intentional : look at the one below, this is Casper but it is named "the cantewille ghost")
BTW, there isn't the "Universal" logo...
