Well, I've never *seen* a UFO or anything like that myself, but I do believe they're real because... well, it's absurd to think that we're the only living things in the entire universe :P Much less the most advanced. So despite the number of hoaxes & whatnot people pull for publicity, I believe in extraterrestrials/UFOs/etc., yes.

Mm, don't have any pics or videos to share, meself, but perhaps if the conversation gets interesting I'll rear my ugly head again w/ links to something relevent :P~~

I don't know if I really believe in them or not. I think that we aren't alone in the universe because if it really is infinite then there has to be life elsewhere even if it's more advanced, less advanced at our level, or even if it's just bacteria.

Still, what are the odds that in such a wide universe any intelligent life would find us?

I have not, but I will say that I don't pay much attention to it. If there are such a thing as U.F.O., unless they become a concern of national security, I don't worry about it.

"I saw a UFO and nobody believes me..."

Sorry, I had to do that. I love that song.

But as for myself, no, I don't believe in UFO's. I mean, there has to be some other sort of life form in the world apart from that on Earth, but to think that they would actually find us and be sitting around, stealing airplanes in the Bermuda Triangle is absurd. But everyone's entitled to their own opinion, and that's just mine.

I have two occasions where I've seen a UFO as far as the meaning goes. Both times where at a plain grass field near my home and about a month apart. The first was a very small, bright red orb that flew across the sky. If it landed, it wasn't anywhere near me; more likely denigrated. And you can actually consider this sighting NOT a UFO because it was rather easy to guess what it was: a meteor.

The second sighting was a bit more... odd. Same type of situation but the object was more orange and had a short tail or left some type of short trail. Either way, it was rather distant in the sky so I couldn't make it out. What was odd though was the way it fell. Instead of a straight shot to the ground, it made a small swooping motion and then disappear. Then appear again under where it disappeared and do a swooping motion in the other direction. It did that several times until it disappeared for good. My judgment on this would make this sighting, like the first one, not a UFO sighting: another meteor, maybe a different type of material that reacted differently when entering the Earth's atmosphere.

Actually, there is a third time but there was no question as to what it was: a falling/shooting star (aka a meteor). This time, it happened when we had finished visiting my father in the hospital and where heading home on a dark road between two farming fields. I was in the front seat listening to my MP3 player when suddenly a star-like object flies across my view, over the road, and actually lands in the field to our left.

As far as real UFOs or aliens go: I'm sure, without a doubt, that we're not the only ones in the universe. And that's as much that's worth explaining.
