Have you tried Balto Central's chat room? And besides the shout box here is good enough anyways.

Yeah.You can also try The Alpine Express...many Balto sites has a chat room. :wink:

You can say that the shout boxes are in fact chats, there are not many differences now...(at first yes, but now they are exactly like chats)
But maybe you just didn't notice the shout boxes.

Yes, I think the shoutbox is just fine for this site. There is a chat room on Balto Central though :D

And no, the only places where you will find Balto chats is on Balto sites.
